對烏魯木齊市第七十中學男子籃球隊成功經(jīng)驗的研究

【摘要】：烏魯木齊市第七十中學男子籃球隊的成績在新疆自治區(qū)籃球發(fā)展史是突出的,在整個新疆自治區(qū)是比較出名的。通過對烏魯木齊市第七十中學男子籃球隊取得成功的調(diào)查分析,找出該校男子籃球隊成功的原因,影響該校男子籃球隊成功發(fā)展的因素,進行總結(jié)分析,提出成功發(fā)展的建議。為整個新疆自治區(qū)高中籃球的發(fā)展提供學習和參考。經(jīng)過調(diào)查分析得出結(jié)論:1.從高薪聘請籃球隊教練員、給籃球隊擴大招生名額、投入大量資金保證籃球隊的日常需要等等,足能體現(xiàn)出七十中學校領導對籃球隊給予了大力扶植,使七十中男子籃球隊取得成功有一個堅實的物質(zhì)基礎。2.教練員是一個成功球隊的核心,烏魯木齊市第七十中男子籃球隊教練員李河他執(zhí)教七十中以來獲得全疆冠軍4次,市冠軍6次,率隊第一次代表自治區(qū)參加全國高中籃球聯(lián)賽。從李河教練帶隊獲得的成就可以看出一個好的教練、精湛的專業(yè)知識、以及積累的經(jīng)驗對一個籃球隊取得成功以及對運動員的影響是至關重要的。3.長期堅持系統(tǒng)化的訓練才能使運動成績得到提高,七十中男子籃球隊有一套完整的訓練計劃,隊員每天都按照計劃進行訓練,腳踏實地,使自己籃球技術提高的同時使整個球隊的技、戰(zhàn)術能力得到提高。在比賽中戰(zhàn)術配合運用自如流暢,應變能力強。這些是七十中男子籃球?qū)θ〉贸晒Φ年P鍵因素。4.七十中籃球隊面向全疆進行招生,招生名額多,在對招生對象的身高、訓練年限是有要求的。相比較烏魯木齊市其他幾所高中在籃球生源方面處于領先地位,保證了籃球隊的后備人才儲備,避免因主力隊員的畢業(yè)給球隊造成的影響。5.七十中男子籃球隊隊員能上大學已成為學校的一個特色項目,隊員有考進北京大學、廈門大學、浙江大學等重點高校。全疆各地的籃球苗子慕名而來,籃球隊后備人才充足,使得七十中男子籃球隊形成一種可持續(xù)發(fā)展的模式。這種可持續(xù)發(fā)展的模式促使七十中男子籃球隊在各級比賽中取得優(yōu)異的成績。
[Abstract]:The achievement of the men's basketball team in the 70th Middle School of Urumqi is outstanding in the history of the development of basketball in Xinjiang Autonomous region, and is relatively famous in the whole Xinjiang Autonomous region. Through the investigation and analysis of the success of the men's basketball team in Urumqi No. 70 Middle School, this paper finds out the reasons for the success of the men's basketball team in this school, the factors that affect the successful development of the men's basketball team in this school, and makes a summary and analysis, and puts forward some suggestions for the successful development. For the development of senior high school basketball in Xinjiang Autonomous region to provide learning and reference. After investigation and analysis, the conclusion is: 1. From hiring basketball team coaches at high salaries, expanding the enrollment quota for basketball teams, and investing a large amount of money to ensure the daily needs of basketball teams, it can be seen that 70 school leaders have given strong support to basketball teams. There is a solid material foundation for the success of the seventy-year men's basketball team. The coach is the core of a successful team. Li he, the coach of the 70th Middle School Basketball team in Urumqi, has won four titles in Xinjiang and six times in the city, leading the team to participate in the National High School Basketball League for the first time on behalf of the autonomous region. From the achievements of coach Li he, we can see that a good coach, superb professional knowledge, and accumulated experience are crucial to the success of a basketball team and the impact on the players. Only by persisting in systematic training for a long time can our sports performance be improved. The 70 middle school men's basketball teams have a set of complete training plans. The players train according to the plan every day and keep their feet on the ground. To improve their basketball skills at the same time so that the entire team's technical, tactical ability to be improved. In the game, tactical coordination freely and fluently, the ability to respond to strong. These are the key factors for success in seventy middle men's basketball.
