“國培”效果評估的異化與回歸

【摘要】:效果評估具有價值判斷、理念指導(dǎo)、問題診斷的功能,是"國培"不可忽視的重要組成部分和內(nèi)容載體。目前卻存在缺位困境,導(dǎo)致"國培"效果評估功能異化。須從準(zhǔn)備評估、過程評估、后續(xù)評估三個維度構(gòu)建貫穿整個培訓(xùn)過程以及學(xué)員返崗后中長期效果評價的"國培"效果評估模式,促使效果評估功能回歸,以此助推"國培"評估切實"落地",打造出一支"師德為先、學(xué)生為本、能力為重、終身學(xué)習(xí)"的基礎(chǔ)教育教師隊伍。
[Abstract]:The effect evaluation has the function of value judgment, idea guidance and problem diagnosis. It is an important component and content carrier that can not be ignored in Guopei. At present, however, there is a dilemma of absence, which leads to the alienation of the evaluation function of "national culture". From the three dimensions of preparation assessment, process assessment and follow-up evaluation, we should construct the "national culture" effect evaluation model which runs through the whole training process and the long-term effect evaluation after the students return to the post, so as to promote the return of the effect assessment function. In order to promote "national training" evaluation "landing", to create a "teacher ethics first, student-oriented, ability is the most important, lifelong learning" basic education teachers.
