【摘要】：通過問卷調(diào)查和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,對(duì)中小學(xué)體育教師職業(yè)幸福感現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,研究結(jié)果表明:中小學(xué)男體育教師職業(yè)幸福感高于女體育教師,原因在于體育教師工作更符合男體育教師個(gè)人的愛好、特長(zhǎng)和期望值,而且男體育教師比女體育教師感受到更多學(xué)校和社會(huì)的支持;初中體育教師比小學(xué)和高中體育教師職業(yè)幸福感更高,主要因?yàn)橛兄鄬W(xué)校和社會(huì)的支持和認(rèn)可;無職稱的中小學(xué)體育教師比有職稱的職業(yè)幸福感更低,其原因與個(gè)人因素、工作特性、組織和社會(huì)支持都有關(guān);教齡為1~5年的年輕中小學(xué)體育教師職業(yè)幸福感最低,可能還不能很好地適應(yīng)體育教師工作的特點(diǎn)和要求,11~20年教齡的體育教師職業(yè)幸福感最高,原因在于能夠從工作特性和社會(huì)支持中感受到更多的積極影響。由此提出加強(qiáng)中小學(xué)女體育教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提升女體育教師職業(yè)幸福感;借助體育中考平臺(tái),進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)體育教師職業(yè)發(fā)展;重視年輕體育教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展等建議。
[Abstract]:The present situation of professional well-being of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools was studied by questionnaire and mathematical statistics. The results showed that male PE teachers in primary and secondary schools had higher professional well-being than female PE teachers. The reason is that the work of PE teachers is more in line with male PE teachers' personal interests, strengths and expectations, and male PE teachers than female PE teachers feel more school and social support; Junior middle school PE teachers have higher professional well-being than primary school and high school PE teachers, mainly because of the support and recognition of more schools and society. The characteristics of work, organization and social support were all related, and the young PE teachers with 1 ~ 5 years of teaching age had the lowest occupational well-being. It may not be well adapted to the characteristics and requirements of physical education teachers' work, and the professional well-being of physical education teachers with 11 ~ 20 years of teaching age is the highest, because they can feel more positive effects from their working characteristics and social support. Therefore, it is suggested to strengthen the construction of female PE teachers in primary and secondary schools, to promote the professional well-being of female PE teachers, to further promote the professional development of PE teachers with the help of the platform of physical education examination, and to attach importance to the professional development of young PE teachers.
