【摘要】：目的了解北京市高中生健康素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)況及其影響因素,為提升學(xué)生健康素養(yǎng)提供參考。方法采用分層隨機整群抽樣方法,以研究者團隊開發(fā)的高中生健康素養(yǎng)評價問卷為調(diào)查工具,選取北京市1 489名高中生進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果北京市高中生健康素養(yǎng)平均得分為(74.77±8.54)分。以≥80分為具備基本健康素養(yǎng),高中生群體具備基本健康素養(yǎng)的比例為28.7%。二分類Logistic回歸分析顯示,來自郊區(qū)(OR=1.690,95%CI=1.320~2.164)、男生(OR=1.935,95%CI=1.508~2.484)、自評學(xué)習(xí)成績差(OR=1.401,95%CI=1.195~1.642)、學(xué)校未開展健康教育課程(OR=1.550,95%CI=1.202~1.998)是高中生不具備健康素養(yǎng)的危險因素(P值均0.01)。結(jié)論北京市高中生健康素養(yǎng)水平有待進(jìn)一步提高,學(xué)校健康教育的開展是改善學(xué)生健康素養(yǎng)的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of health literacy of high school students in Beijing and its influencing factors, and to provide reference for improving students' health literacy. Methods A stratified random cluster sampling method was used to investigate 1 489 senior high school students in Beijing. Results the average score of health literacy of high school students in Beijing was (74.77 鹵8.54). The proportion of high school students with basic health literacy was 28.7. Logistic regression analysis showed that students from the suburbs (OR1.1690), boys (OR1.93595), self-rated students (OR1.40195CII 1.1951.1642), boys (OR1.935-95CII 1.5082.484) and schools without health education (OR1.55095CI1.202.998) were the risk factors for high school students' lack of health literacy (P = 0.01). Conclusion the level of health literacy of high school students in Beijing needs to be further improved, and the development of school health education is an effective way to improve students' health literacy.
