【摘要】：名校校長是學(xué)校發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵支持力量。研究基于分析名校章程規(guī)定的校長崗位職責(zé)要求、解讀若干教育主流媒體對名校校長報道的話語兩條線索,歸納得出名校校長應(yīng)具備職業(yè)道德與特質(zhì)、戰(zhàn)略與組織管理、課程與教學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、團隊管理藝術(shù)、溝通與關(guān)系調(diào)試這5個勝任特征族群共35個勝任特征。勝任特征模型彌補了校長崗位職責(zé)不足,為校長勝任力卓越模型的構(gòu)建提供了基本元素,對高潛力校長的識別與任用、職業(yè)規(guī)劃與專業(yè)發(fā)展具有參考價值。
[Abstract]:The principal of a famous school is the key supporting force for the development of the school. Based on the analysis of the duties and responsibilities of principals in the articles of association of famous schools, this paper interprets two clues of some mainstream educational media reporting on principals of famous schools, and concludes that the principals of famous schools should possess professional ethics and characteristics, strategies and organizational management. Curriculum and teaching leadership, team management art, communication and relationship debugging these five competency groups of 35 competency. The competency model makes up for the deficiency of the principal's post responsibility, and provides the basic elements for the construction of the principal's competence excellence model. It has reference value for the recognition and appointment of high potential principals, career planning and professional development.
