我國(guó)高中創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式的構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)新是一個(gè)民族的靈魂,也是一個(gè)國(guó)家發(fā)展的驅(qū)動(dòng)力。知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)暴已開始席卷全球,知識(shí)創(chuàng)新將成為未來(lái)社會(huì)文化的基礎(chǔ)和核心,創(chuàng)新人才將成為決定國(guó)家和企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵。創(chuàng)新人才尤其是拔尖人才培養(yǎng)模式的研究已經(jīng)成為國(guó)家創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)戰(zhàn)略中日益凸顯的課題。高中教育在整個(gè)教育體系中起承上啟下的作用,地位十分重要。高中生的創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)不但可以帶動(dòng)基礎(chǔ)教育的創(chuàng)新改革,還可以推動(dòng)我國(guó)高等教育創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。本文將對(duì)高中創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行研究。本研究包括四個(gè)方面,分別是緒論、創(chuàng)新視域下我國(guó)高中人才培養(yǎng)模式的調(diào)查、國(guó)外高中創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式研究、我國(guó)高中創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)試點(diǎn)校的主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)、我國(guó)高中創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式的構(gòu)想。第一章緒論部分,首先闡述了本課題的研究背景、研究問(wèn)題及研究意義,然后分別界定了創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)新人才、創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式的概念,總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)創(chuàng)新概念、創(chuàng)新思維產(chǎn)生及過(guò)程、創(chuàng)新人才成長(zhǎng)規(guī)律、創(chuàng)新人才影響因素、創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式等相關(guān)內(nèi)容的研究,交代了本文的研究思路和研究方法,最后表述了本文的研究創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和要面對(duì)的困難。第二章創(chuàng)新視域下我國(guó)高中人才培養(yǎng)模式的調(diào)查研究部分,圍繞創(chuàng)新品格、創(chuàng)新基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)、創(chuàng)新能力基礎(chǔ)及創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)等方面分別從教育目標(biāo)、課程安排、課堂教學(xué)行為、課后實(shí)踐活動(dòng)以及教育評(píng)價(jià)幾個(gè)方面展開分析其優(yōu)點(diǎn)和不足之處。第三章國(guó)外高中創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式研究部分,分別從創(chuàng)新品格培養(yǎng)、創(chuàng)新基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)培養(yǎng)、創(chuàng)新能力基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建、創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)四個(gè)維度介紹國(guó)外的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第四章我國(guó)高中創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)試點(diǎn)院校的主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)研究部分,和第三章結(jié)構(gòu)大體一樣分別從創(chuàng)新品格、創(chuàng)新知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)、創(chuàng)新能力基礎(chǔ)、創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)四個(gè)方面結(jié)合實(shí)際案例分析。我們將針對(duì)我國(guó)高中人才培養(yǎng)模式面臨的困難和障礙結(jié)合我國(guó)創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)試點(diǎn)(創(chuàng)新班、創(chuàng)新學(xué)校、創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)基地)的實(shí)踐現(xiàn)狀提出可行方案,創(chuàng)建符合我國(guó)實(shí)際的創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the soul of a nation and the driving force of a country's development. Knowledge economy storm has begun to sweep the world, knowledge innovation will become the foundation and core of social culture in the future, innovative talents will become the key to determine the competitiveness of countries and enterprises. The research on the training mode of innovative talents, especially the top talents, has become an increasingly prominent topic in the national strategy of training innovative talents. High school education plays an important role in the whole education system. The cultivation of high school students' innovative ability can not only promote the innovation reform of basic education, but also promote the innovation and development of higher education in China. This article will carry on the research to the high school innovation talented person training pattern. This research includes four aspects, which are introduction, investigation of Chinese senior high school talent training model in the field of innovation, research on foreign high school innovation talent training model, and main experience of our country's high school innovation talent training pilot school. The Conception of cultivating Mode of Creative talents in Senior High School in China. The first chapter introduces the background, problems and significance of the research, and then defines the concept of innovation and innovative talents training mode, summarizes the concept of innovation at home and abroad. The research on the production and process of innovative thinking, the growth law of innovative talents, the influencing factors of innovative talents, the training mode of innovative talents, and so on, explains the research ideas and research methods of this paper. Finally, this paper describes the innovation of the research and difficulties to be faced. The second chapter is about the investigation and research of the training mode of senior high school talents from the perspective of innovation, focusing on the innovation character, the basic knowledge of innovation, the foundation of innovation ability and the cultivation of innovation ability, respectively from the aspects of educational goal, curriculum arrangement and classroom teaching behavior. The advantages and disadvantages of after-class practical activities and educational evaluation are analyzed. The third chapter introduces the advanced experience of foreign countries from four aspects: the cultivation of innovation character, the cultivation of basic knowledge of innovation, the construction of foundation of innovation ability and the cultivation of innovation ability. The fourth chapter is the main empirical research part of the pilot institutions of senior high school innovation talent training, and the structure of the third chapter is roughly the same from the innovation character, the innovation knowledge base, the innovation ability foundation, respectively. Four aspects of innovative talent training combined with practical case analysis. In view of the difficulties and obstacles faced by the training mode of senior high school talents in our country, we will put forward a feasible plan in combination with the practical situation of the pilot projects of training innovative talents in our country (innovation classes, innovative schools, and training bases for innovative talents). To establish an innovative talent training model in line with the reality of our country.
