【摘要】：當(dāng)前,"成才"教育優(yōu)先于"成人"教育。然而,教育應(yīng)當(dāng)為學(xué)生一生的發(fā)展負(fù)責(zé),成為真正"人"的教育。義務(wù)教育階段是人生中道德品質(zhì)和行為習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成的關(guān)鍵階段,成"人"是教育的前提和基礎(chǔ),成"才"是更高的目標(biāo)。教育要能讓學(xué)生善良、正直、健康、獨(dú)立、有愛(ài)心和責(zé)任,具有社會(huì)公認(rèn)的最質(zhì)樸的道德,從而為他們今后的發(fā)展和美好幸福的生活奠基。"人人成才"的教育實(shí)踐策略包括:從基礎(chǔ)入手,抓好基礎(chǔ)教育;從他律轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樽月?讓學(xué)生適應(yīng)未來(lái);修德養(yǎng)和,提升學(xué)生的社會(huì)責(zé)任感。
[Abstract]:At present, the "adult" education takes precedence over the adult education. However, education should be responsible for the development of students' life and become a true "human" education. The stage of compulsory education is the key stage of forming moral quality and behavior habit in life. Becoming "human" is the premise and foundation of education, and becoming "talent" is a higher goal. Education should enable students to be kind, honest, healthy, independent, loving and responsible, with the most modest morality recognized by society, thus laying the foundation for their future development and happy life. " The educational practice strategies include: starting from the foundation, grasping the basic education; changing from heteronomy to self-discipline; allowing students to adapt to the future; cultivating morality and promoting students' sense of social responsibility.
