教師培訓(xùn)對(duì)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展的阻滯及其破解

【摘要】:教師培訓(xùn)是促進(jìn)我國(guó)中小學(xué)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要途徑,提升教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)本應(yīng)是教師培訓(xùn)的核心目標(biāo)。然而,我國(guó)目前的教師培訓(xùn)卻存在著較為嚴(yán)重的偏離專(zhuān)業(yè)化軌道的問(wèn)題,阻滯了教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展。這些問(wèn)題主要表現(xiàn)為:培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的陳舊呆板、培訓(xùn)管理的混亂失序和培訓(xùn)交流的封閉自守。對(duì)于這種亂象的破解,我們必須使教師培訓(xùn)回歸到促進(jìn)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展的正軌上來(lái),培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容須致力于提高教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng),培訓(xùn)管理須定位于為教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展服務(wù),培訓(xùn)交流須秉持開(kāi)放共贏的良好心態(tài)。在這種思路的指導(dǎo)下,教師培訓(xùn)應(yīng)該做出一系列改革,主要包括開(kāi)發(fā)多元靈活的培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容體系,建立合理有序的培訓(xùn)管理制度,打造開(kāi)放共享的培訓(xùn)交流機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Teacher training is an important way to promote the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in China. However, the current teacher training in China has serious problems of deviating from the professional track, which hinders the professional development of teachers. These problems are mainly shown as follows: the old rigidity of training content, the disorder of training management and the closed self-defense of training communication. To solve this disorder, we must put the teacher training back on the right track to promote the teacher's professional development, the training content must be devoted to improving the teachers' professional accomplishment, and the training management must be oriented to serve the teacher's professional development. Training and exchange should be open and win-win attitude. Under the guidance of this train of thought, teacher training should make a series of reforms, mainly including the development of diversified and flexible training content system, the establishment of a reasonable and orderly training management system, and the creation of an open and shared training exchange mechanism.
