“雙崗雙責(zé)”:讓育人沒有“旁觀者”

【摘要】:正推行"雙崗雙責(zé)""邊緣生轉(zhuǎn)化責(zé)任制"和"導(dǎo)師制"管理雙管齊下,把教育和育人緊密結(jié)合,是學(xué)校提升管理效能、實(shí)現(xiàn)"立德樹人"目標(biāo)的有益嘗試。自古以來,教師的職責(zé)以育人為第一位,教書為第二位。但在巨大的升學(xué)壓力面前,教書為主,育人為次,或者教書與育人截然分開,忽略育人,只談教書的現(xiàn)象,已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響了教育發(fā)展的生態(tài)。多年來,我校嘗試推行"雙崗雙責(zé)"管
