【摘要】：成功的教學(xué)依賴于一種良好的師生關(guān)系。教師能否勝任教育教學(xué)工作,學(xué)生能否全面、主動(dòng)地發(fā)展,最終完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù),很大程度上取決于師生關(guān)系是否良好,因而可以說(shuō)構(gòu)建一種平等、民主、和諧的新型的師生關(guān)系,是實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育和進(jìn)行新課程改革的根本保證。
[Abstract]:Successful teaching depends on a good teacher-student relationship. Teachers' competence in teaching and education, students' comprehensive and active development, and the final completion of their learning tasks depend to a great extent on the good teacher-student relationship, so we can say that we can build a kind of equality and democracy. Harmonious new relationship between teachers and students is the fundamental guarantee of carrying out quality education and new curriculum reform.
