沖突管理視野下的中學(xué)教師教學(xué)與教研關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,世界各國(guó)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也越發(fā)的激烈,而這種競(jìng)爭(zhēng)現(xiàn)在也越來(lái)越體現(xiàn)在知識(shí)和人才上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。最近今年,我國(guó)相繼提出了“科教興國(guó)戰(zhàn)略”和“人才強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略”來(lái)培養(yǎng)人才,加強(qiáng)人才的建設(shè)。這項(xiàng)戰(zhàn)略在學(xué)校的體現(xiàn)就是鼓勵(lì)支持在校教師進(jìn)行教學(xué)研究,來(lái)提高教師自身的綜合素質(zhì)。但是由于教師本身的教學(xué)任務(wù),使得教師在處理教學(xué)和教研之間關(guān)系的時(shí)候產(chǎn)生了沖突問(wèn)題。沖突產(chǎn)生的原因以及如何恰當(dāng)?shù)靥幚矶咧g的沖突日益成為了研究的焦點(diǎn)。筆者在研究中通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法以及行為事件訪談法,對(duì)中學(xué)教師的教學(xué)與教研關(guān)系的情況進(jìn)行研究。接著對(duì)中學(xué)教師目前的教學(xué)與教研關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,再結(jié)合訪談的內(nèi)容以及調(diào)查的結(jié)果從中學(xué)教師對(duì)教學(xué)的態(tài)度、對(duì)于教研的態(tài)度以及對(duì)于教學(xué)與教研關(guān)系的態(tài)度三個(gè)方面找出二者之間產(chǎn)生沖突的原因。最后根據(jù)原因提出解決二者沖突的政府、社會(huì)、學(xué)校以及教師四個(gè)方面的對(duì)策,為中學(xué)教師更好地處理教學(xué)與教研之間的沖突提供幫助。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, the competition among countries in the world is becoming more and more fierce, and now the competition is more and more reflected in the competition of knowledge and talents. Recently this year, China has put forward the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country by talents. The strategy is to encourage teachers to carry out teaching research in order to improve their comprehensive quality. However, because of the teachers' own teaching tasks, there is a conflict problem when they deal with the relationship between teaching and teaching and research. The cause of conflict and how to deal with the conflict between them have become the focus of research. In the research, the author studies the relationship between teaching and teaching research through questionnaire survey and behavior event interview. Then it analyzes the current situation of the relationship between teaching and research of middle school teachers, and then combines the contents of interviews and the results of the investigation from the attitude of middle school teachers to teaching. Find out the conflict between teaching and research from three aspects: the attitude of teaching and research and the attitude of teaching and research. Finally, the author puts forward four countermeasures to solve the conflict between them, such as government, society, school and teachers, so as to help the middle school teachers to deal with the conflict between teaching and research.
