【摘要】：考試是檢驗和促進(jìn)學(xué)生發(fā)展的重要手段,防范考試作弊是教育工作者始終面對的難題。本研究在已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,將L市高中生作為主體,以高中生考試作弊為切入點,以考試作弊問題管理對策為研究對象,提出深化防范作弊的管理對策,從而更好地維護(hù)考試的公平公正,同時也為學(xué)校教學(xué)和教育改革提供參考與依據(jù)。本研究選取L市市區(qū)4所高中360名學(xué)生和從事教育考試多年的老師為調(diào)查主體,采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。研究結(jié)果顯示:目前L市高中生作弊形勢嚴(yán)峻;當(dāng)前L市防作弊問題管理對策還存在較多問題,如考試隊伍的建設(shè)、考試制度的完善、評價體系的改進(jìn)、防作弊手段的升級等。在對上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出了預(yù)防作弊教育機制的建立和完善:加強誠信價值觀的教育、加強考前誠信教育、建立L市高中生考試誠信系統(tǒng);考試過程防控機制的建立和完善:大力完善考試監(jiān)管制度、持續(xù)加強考試隊伍建設(shè)、改進(jìn)高科技防作弊系統(tǒng);作弊行為懲處機制的建立和完善:合理有效利用刑法和《國家教育考試違規(guī)處理辦法》、建立健全L市地區(qū)性考試作弊懲處措施三位一體的深化管理對策,以減少L市高中生考試作弊問題的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Examination is an important means to test and promote the development of students.On the basis of the existing research, this study takes L city high school students as the main body, takes the high school students' cheating in the examination as the breakthrough point, takes the examination cheating problem management countermeasure as the research object, and puts forward the management countermeasures to deepen the prevention of cheating.Therefore, it can better maintain the fairness and fairness of the examination, and at the same time provide reference and basis for the school teaching and educational reform.In this study, 360 students and teachers in 4 senior high schools in L city were selected as the main body of the investigation, and the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation and interview were used to carry out the investigation and study.The results show that the situation of cheating of senior high school students in L city is severe at present, and there are still many problems in the management countermeasures of preventing cheating in L city, such as the construction of examination team, the perfection of examination system, the improvement of evaluation system, the upgrading of anti-cheating means, etc.On the basis of the above research, this paper puts forward the establishment and perfection of the educational mechanism of preventing cheating: strengthening the education of honesty values, strengthening the honesty education before examination, and establishing the honesty and credit system of high school students in L city;The establishment and perfection of the mechanism of prevention and control in the examination process: vigorously improving the examination supervision system, continuously strengthening the construction of the examination team, and improving the high-tech anti-cheating system;The establishment and perfection of the punishment mechanism for cheating: making rational and effective use of the Criminal Law and the measures for dealing with violations of the National Educational examination, and establishing and perfecting the measures of deepening the management of the punishment measures of cheating in the examination in L city.In order to reduce the L City high school students cheating in the examination.
