中考改革背景下學(xué)校體育發(fā)展的熱效應(yīng)與冷思考

【摘要】:考試制度的改革,是課程改革的風(fēng)向標(biāo),是課程設(shè)計(jì)的依據(jù),同時(shí)也是對(duì)課程實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)的有力手段。借助于文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談、歷史研究等方法,對(duì)我國(guó)中考改革背景下學(xué)校體育發(fā)展的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了梳理和探究。中考體育改革,將會(huì)為學(xué)校體育的發(fā)展帶來一定的優(yōu)勢(shì)和阻力,其優(yōu)勢(shì)表現(xiàn)在有利于樹立正確的體育觀,體育課程地位的提升,加強(qiáng)體育師資的建設(shè),加速體育評(píng)價(jià)的轉(zhuǎn)型等,其阻力表現(xiàn)在:可能形成體育學(xué)科的"應(yīng)試教育",體育考試中素質(zhì)項(xiàng)目和技能項(xiàng)目的比例失衡,體育學(xué)習(xí)長(zhǎng)期效益無法實(shí)現(xiàn),體育學(xué)科特殊性和考試公平性難以體現(xiàn)等。針對(duì)這一情況,提出如下建議:加強(qiáng)政策解讀,加強(qiáng)體育課程、場(chǎng)地設(shè)施資源建設(shè),建立合理的評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制和弱勢(shì)群體保護(hù)機(jī)制,規(guī)范組織工作,以及整合校內(nèi)外資源豐富體育課程內(nèi)容等。
[Abstract]:The reform of examination system is the vane of curriculum reform, the basis of curriculum design, and the powerful means to evaluate the effect of curriculum implementation. This paper combs and probes into the opportunities and challenges of the development of school physical education under the background of the reform of the middle school entrance examination in China. The reform of the physical education in the middle school will bring certain advantages and resistance to the development of the school physical education, and its advantages can be manifested in the establishment of a correct concept of physical education. The improvement of physical education curriculum status, strengthening the construction of physical education teachers, accelerating the transformation of sports evaluation, etc., the resistance of which is that the "exam-oriented education" may be formed in physical education, and the proportion of quality items and skill items in physical education examination is out of balance. The long-term benefit of physical education can not be realized, the particularity of physical education and the fairness of examination can not be realized. In view of this situation, the following suggestions are put forward: strengthening policy interpretation, strengthening physical education curriculum, construction of site and facilities resources, etc. Establish reasonable evaluation mechanism and weak group protection mechanism, standardize the organization work, and integrate the inside and outside resources of the school to enrich the physical education curriculum content and so on.
