【摘要】：本文以J市為研究對象,采用兩水平線性模型,將重點高中作為學(xué)校投入的代理變量,探討了學(xué)校投入對學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)成績的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):首先,重點高中能夠顯著提高學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)成績,學(xué)業(yè)成績的差異主要由學(xué)習(xí)能力和高中前的學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)解釋;其次,重點高中顯著影響學(xué)生的理科學(xué)業(yè)成績,但對學(xué)生的文科學(xué)業(yè)成績沒有顯著影響,不同錄取批次的重點高中對學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)成績的影響沒有顯著差異;再次,雖然教師質(zhì)量和班級規(guī)模能夠顯著影響學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)成績,但重點高中對學(xué)業(yè)成績的影響主要體現(xiàn)在難以觀測的學(xué)校投入上;最后,重點高中對學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)成績的影響具有異質(zhì)性,重點高中對家庭社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位較差、學(xué)習(xí)能力較高和學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)較好的學(xué)生影響更大。本文的政策建議是:首先,增加家庭社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位較低的學(xué)生進(jìn)入重點高中的機(jī)會,將教育資源投入向薄弱學(xué)校傾斜,推進(jìn)普通高中標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè),促進(jìn)教育公平;其次,提高學(xué)校投入的針對性,研究學(xué)校投入對學(xué)習(xí)困難學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)成績的影響機(jī)制;最后,對于理性的學(xué)生及家長來說,通過擇校的方式就讀于重點高中未必是最佳選擇。
[Abstract]:This paper takes J city as the research object, adopts the two-level linear model, takes the key high school as the proxy variable of the school investment, discusses the influence of the school investment on the students' academic achievement. Key high schools can significantly improve students' academic performance, and the differences in academic performance are mainly explained by learning ability and pre-high school learning foundation. Secondly, key high schools significantly affect students' academic achievement in science subjects. However, there is no significant effect on the students' academic achievement in liberal arts, and there is no significant difference between the key high schools in different batches of admission. Thirdly, although the quality of teachers and the size of the class can significantly affect the students' academic achievement, But the influence of key high school on academic achievement is mainly reflected in the difficult to observe school input; finally, the impact of key high school on students' academic achievement is heterogeneity, and the key high school has poor social and economic status. Students with higher learning ability and better learning foundation have more influence. The policy suggestions of this paper are as follows: first, to increase the opportunities for students with lower family social and economic status to enter key high schools, and to invest educational resources in weak schools. Promote the standardization construction of ordinary high school, promote education fairness; secondly, improve the pertinence of school investment, study the influence mechanism of school investment on the academic achievement of students with learning disabilities; finally, for rational students and parents, Attending key high schools through school selection is not necessarily the best option.
