初中生自主學習的管理研究

【摘要】:自主學習是當今世界教育研究的一個重要課題,也是我國基礎教育課程改革中一項重要內容。為了全面實施素質教育,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才,就應當在基礎教育環(huán)節(jié)的初級中學發(fā)展初中生學習的自主性,挖掘初中生的學習潛力,從而很好地促進他們的個性成長。本課題研究在對三個不同年級的初中生進行了大量訪談調研的基礎上,探討分析了初級中學教育中自主學習開展所存在的問題與不足,進而提出了解決諸種問題的措施。本文第一章介紹了自主學習研究的背景和意義,分析了國內外有關自主學習研究的現(xiàn)狀及研究中存在的問題。第二章重點提出了初中生自主學習研究的理論基礎。第三章理論與實踐相結合,通過調查問卷、訪談調研對初中生自主學習現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,揭示了其中存在的問題及主要影響因素。第四章分別從學校教學管理和課堂教學管理兩個層面對“初中生的自主學習的管理對策”進行了闡述;并且從社會、學校、教師和學生四個維度對促進自主學習提出了若干建議。
[Abstract]:Autonomous learning is an important subject of educational research in the world today, and also an important part of the curriculum reform of basic education in China. In order to carry out quality education in an all-round way and train innovative talents, We should develop junior high school students' learning autonomy in the elementary education link, and tap the junior high school students' learning potential. In order to promote their personality growth very well. On the basis of a large number of interviews with junior high school students in three different grades, this paper discusses and analyzes the problems and shortcomings of autonomous learning in junior high school education. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of autonomous learning research. This paper analyzes the current situation of autonomous learning research at home and abroad and the existing problems in the study. Chapter two puts forward the theoretical basis of the study of junior high school students' autonomy learning. Chapter three combines theory with practice, and through the questionnaire, The present situation of junior high school students' autonomous learning is analyzed by interview and investigation. In Chapter 4th, the author expounds the "management countermeasures of junior high school students' autonomous learning" from the two aspects of school teaching management and classroom teaching management, and discusses the problems and main influencing factors. Four dimensions of teachers and students put forward some suggestions to promote autonomous learning.
