【摘要】：縱觀高考建制以來考試科目的分合演變,歷經(jīng)了"不分——兩分——三分——兩分——不分"的過程,基本按照"追求考試效率——注重考試科學(xué)——回歸考試本真"的歷史邏輯演進(jìn),且呈現(xiàn)出分多合少、分時議合、合時議分的特征。新高考試點不分文理科,是復(fù)雜的政治變革、社會變化、文化變遷、教育發(fā)展以及制度嘗試與制度學(xué)習(xí)的綜合產(chǎn)物,并非是簡單的歷史回歸。它既符合世界大學(xué)入學(xué)考試科目設(shè)置的基本范式,也符合國際拔尖創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)的基本規(guī)律,是基于時代變遷對人才選拔培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)變化的適應(yīng)性回歸。從不同視角來看,高考文理不分具有多重現(xiàn)實意蘊(yùn):有利于引導(dǎo)基礎(chǔ)教育改革,推動素質(zhì)教育發(fā)展;有利于完善人才選拔機(jī)制,促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng);有利于健全高考選才功能,推進(jìn)高考制度現(xiàn)代化;有利于建立平等知識觀,轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)瞬排囵B(yǎng)理念。
[Abstract]:Throughout the college entrance examination since the establishment of the evolution of the examination subjects, after the "no two points-three points-two points-no division" process. Basically according to the historical logic evolution of "pursuing examination efficiency-paying attention to examination science-returning to the original truth of examination", and showing the characteristics of sharing more and less, sharing time and sharing time, the new college entrance examination is not divided into arts and science. It is a complex product of political change, social change, cultural change, educational development, institutional attempt and institutional learning. It is not a simple historical return. It not only accords with the basic pattern of setting up the subjects of the world university entrance examination, but also accords with the basic law of the international top-notch innovative talents training. It is based on the adaptive regression of the change of times to the target of talent selection and training. From different angles of view, the college entrance examination has many practical implications: it is helpful to guide the reform of basic education and promote the development of quality education; It is beneficial to perfect the mechanism of talent selection and promote the cultivation of innovative talents; It is helpful to perfect the function of selecting talents and to promote the modernization of the college entrance examination system; It is beneficial to the establishment of equal knowledge concept and the transformation of the concept of talent training.
