【摘要】：正就教育而言,教育是塑造"人"的事業(yè),是有溫度的熨帖,是"一棵樹搖動另一棵樹,一朵云推動另一朵云,一顆靈魂喚醒另一顆靈魂",其終極目標是"人的教育":教一個大寫的"人",育一個完整的"人"。說實在,一個學校如能"看見"人,這個學校才稱得上是成全生命的好學校,"看不見"人,這個學校就失去了靈魂。教育應對教師深情關(guān)注。學校發(fā)展最根本的是教師發(fā)展,唯有教師發(fā)展了,成長了,學生才能得到真正的成長。首先,要發(fā)現(xiàn)教師,點亮教師的職業(yè)幸福感。教師是以改變學生的現(xiàn)實生命
