【摘要】：上市公司是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要源泉和發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的生力軍。文章運(yùn)用Malmquist指數(shù)分析上市公司金融支持效率后發(fā)現(xiàn)西部地區(qū)上市公司間差異性大,過(guò)度依賴技術(shù)進(jìn)步維持金融支持效率增長(zhǎng),不注重融資成本,資金配置過(guò)程中存在浪費(fèi)和誤用,且合理規(guī)模控制方面不理想。通過(guò)金融支持效率的視角發(fā)現(xiàn)西部地區(qū)上市公司存在的問(wèn)題并提出相關(guān)建議是本文的落腳點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The listed company is an important source of regional economic growth and a new force in the change of development mode. This paper analyzes the financial support efficiency of listed companies by using Malmquist index and finds that there are great differences among listed companies in the western region. Excessive reliance on technological progress to maintain financial support efficiency growth, do not pay attention to financing costs, the process of capital allocation waste and misuse, And the reasonable scale control aspect is not ideal. Through the financial support efficiency angle of view to discover the western region listed company's existence question and puts forward the related proposal is this article's foothold.
