【摘要】：隨著信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)的普及,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)走進(jìn)越來越多的人的生活,網(wǎng)吧也成為文化市場(chǎng)的主要產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,網(wǎng)吧的出現(xiàn)為人際交流提供了便捷的方式,為休閑娛樂提供了新的場(chǎng)所。在我國,網(wǎng)吧不單單作為一種娛樂生活方式,還承載著更多的文化內(nèi)涵;不但創(chuàng)造著巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益,同時(shí)也蘊(yùn)藏著潛在的社會(huì)效益。網(wǎng)吧作為一個(gè)規(guī)模龐大的新興產(chǎn)業(yè),其管理問題也備受關(guān)注,國家出臺(tái)了一系列的政策凈化文化環(huán)境和網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間,以求加強(qiáng)在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)下的網(wǎng)吧行業(yè)管理問題。但網(wǎng)吧管理中出現(xiàn)的一系列問題,間接導(dǎo)致了黑網(wǎng)吧應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,成為一大頑疾。在填補(bǔ)市場(chǎng)空白的同時(shí),由于其不合法的性質(zhì),千方百計(jì)的逃避監(jiān)管,缺乏監(jiān)管的黑網(wǎng)吧帶來了損害青少年身心健康、網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪、危害信息安全等一系列的社會(huì)危害。本文主要選取宣城市作為研究對(duì)象,調(diào)查了宣城市網(wǎng)吧的數(shù)量、上網(wǎng)人員、價(jià)格、成本等狀況,分析了宣城市網(wǎng)吧的正負(fù)面社會(huì)影響,了解了宣城市在網(wǎng)吧管理方面做出的創(chuàng)新工作方法以及取得的成績。緊接著探索了管理過程中存在的問題,主要是管理理念有偏差、管理方式有缺陷、管理資源不充足、行政執(zhí)法不合理。最后提出有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of information network, the Internet has come into more and more people's lives. Internet cafes have also become one of the main industries in the cultural market. The emergence of Internet cafes provides a convenient way for interpersonal communication and a new place for leisure and entertainment.In our country, Internet cafes not only as a way of entertainment life, but also carry more cultural connotations, not only create huge economic benefits, but also contain potential social benefits.As a large new industry, the management of Internet cafes is also concerned. The government has issued a series of policies to purify the cultural environment and network space, in order to strengthen the management of Internet caf 茅 industry under the market economy.However, a series of problems in the management of Internet cafes have indirectly led to the emergence of black Internet cafes and become a stubborn disease.At the same time, because of its illegal nature, the lack of supervision of the black Internet cafes has brought harm to the physical and mental health of young people, network crime, endangering information security and a series of social hazards.This paper mainly selects Xuancheng as the research object, investigates the quantity, the online personnel, the price, the cost and so on, analyzes the positive and negative social impact of Xuancheng Internet cafes.Understand Xuancheng in the management of Internet cafes made innovative working methods and achievements.Then it explores the problems existing in the process of management, mainly the deviation of management concept, the defects of management methods, the inadequate management resources, and the unreasonable administrative law enforcement.Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
