【摘要】:正資深員工是單位的拓荒者,抑或是單位發(fā)展的推動(dòng)者和見證者。對(duì)他們而言,"資深"是榮耀、是資歷、是經(jīng)驗(yàn),有時(shí)也是激情不再和因循守舊的代名詞。習(xí)慣助長(zhǎng)惰性,平淡磨蝕意志,無(wú)奈促成怨恨。鮮有資深員工能規(guī)避諸如抑志屈心、揚(yáng)己露才、裹足不前、銳挫望絕等"資深綜合征"。如何為"資深綜合征"把脈開方,對(duì)癥施
[Abstract]:Senior staff is the pioneer of the unit, or the development of the unit to promote and witness. For them, seniority is glory, seniority, experience, and sometimes passion is no longer conformist. Habits encourage inertia, dull erosion of will, but promote resentment.
