【摘要】：正 近二十年來,西方管理界正在悄悄地進(jìn)行一場由“科學(xué)管理”、“行為科學(xué)”向“管理倫理”衍變的管理思想的重大變革�！肮芾碚軐W(xué)中的P原則和L原則,由過去的Profit(利潤)和Loss(虧損)轉(zhuǎn)化為People(人)和Love(愛)。”這表明現(xiàn)代西方管理觀點(diǎn)正在朝著東方管理倫理的方向靠攏,管理方式倫理化已經(jīng)成為國際管理思想發(fā)展的新趨勢。值得注意的是,倫理化的管理方式從其產(chǎn)生的淵源和結(jié)構(gòu)特征來看,都與我國的儒家管理文化有著十分驚人的吻合。可以推論,在我國這樣一個有著幾千年儒家文化傳統(tǒng)的國家,在組織范圍內(nèi)實(shí)施倫理化管理方式將有助于提高管理效能。
[Abstract]:In the past two decades, the western management circles are quietly carrying on a great change from "scientific management", "behavioral science" to "management ethics". "the principle of P and the principle of L in the philosophy of management have been transformed from profits-for-profit and loss-making to People- and Love." This indicates that the modern western management view is moving closer to the oriental management ethics, and the ethicalization of management mode has become a new trend in the development of international management thought. It is worth noting that the ethical management mode has an amazing agreement with the Confucian management culture in our country from the origin and structural characteristics of its origin. It can be concluded that in a country with thousands of years of Confucian culture tradition, ethical management within the organization will help to improve the efficiency of management.
