【摘要】：在管理學(xué)實(shí)證研究中,廣泛存在著多層數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)的樣本特征和背景效應(yīng)的問題,但一直沒有有效的研究方法對此類問題進(jìn)行深入的分析。本文通過介紹多層分析這一統(tǒng)計分析方法的應(yīng)用原理、基本模型和樣本要求,闡釋其在管理學(xué)研究中的應(yīng)用前景,為管理學(xué)問題的研究引入新的分析視角和研究方法。
[Abstract]:In the empirical study of management, there are many problems such as sample characteristics and background effects of multi-layer data structure, but there is no effective research method to deeply analyze such problems. This paper introduces the application principle, basic model and sample requirement of the statistical analysis method of multilayer analysis, explains its application prospect in the management research, and introduces a new analysis angle and research method for the study of management problems.
