【摘要】：正職業(yè)教育具有鮮明的雙重需求主體特征,一方面要滿足地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展需求,另一方面又要滿足社會大眾的選擇需求。在市場經(jīng)濟發(fā)達的國家和地區(qū),秘書在整個社會中是從業(yè)人數(shù)最多的職業(yè)之一。目前,美國的秘書總數(shù)已經(jīng)超過600萬,占全國總?cè)丝?2.5億)的四十分之一左右,這(?)人數(shù)與教師、醫(yī)生等職業(yè)人數(shù)不相上下,是律師人數(shù)的十幾倍。隨著我國改革開放的不斷深入,特別是加入WTO以來,外商投資企業(yè)、中外合資、中外合作經(jīng)營企業(yè)迅速增加,全國企業(yè)已近900萬家。筆者以經(jīng)濟發(fā)展及人力資源需求為基礎,考察發(fā)達地區(qū)(主要以江蘇省為例)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對秘書人才需求情況,探究秘書人才培養(yǎng)方案,對釋放高職文秘類人才培養(yǎng)潛力,實現(xiàn)高職院校招生與就業(yè)渠道的互動具有深遠的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:On the one hand, it has to meet the needs of regional economic development, on the other hand, it must meet the needs of the public. In the developed market economy countries and regions, secretary in the whole society is one of the largest number of occupations. At present, the total number of secretaries in the United States has exceeded 6 million, accounting for about 1/40 of the country's total population (250 million). The number of teachers, doctors and other professions equal to the number of lawyers more than a dozen times. With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, especially since China's entry into WTO, the number of foreign-invested enterprises, Sino-foreign joint ventures and Chinese-foreign cooperative enterprises has increased rapidly, and nearly 9 million enterprises have been established in the country. On the basis of economic development and human resource demand, the author investigates the demand for secretarial talents in developed regions (mainly taking Jiangsu Province as an example), explores the training plan of secretarial talents, and releases the potential of cultivating secretarial talents in higher vocational colleges. It is of profound practical significance to realize the interaction between enrollment and employment channels in higher vocational colleges.
