【摘要】：我國高等學校自1980年開設秘書專業(yè)至今只有20多年歷史,年輕的秘書專業(yè)因秘書人才需求方的大幅度轉向和秘書工作內容的不斷變化,常常表現得力不從心。面對秘書專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)難問題,各高等院校紛紛調整課程體系、轉變專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標、更換專業(yè)名稱,陷入了非常被動的局面。本文從秘書職業(yè)標準入手,探討如何調整教育理念、革新教學內容和教學方法,構建高校秘書人才培養(yǎng)新模式。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of secretarial specialty in China's colleges and universities in 1980, there has been only more than 20 years of history. The young secretarial specialty is often unable to cope with the demands of secretarial talents and the changing contents of secretarial work. In the face of the difficulty of obtaining employment for the graduates of secretarial major, the colleges and universities have adjusted the curriculum system one after another, changed the training goal of the major, and changed the name of the major, thus falling into a very passive situation. Starting with the professional standard of secretary, this paper probes into how to adjust the educational idea, innovate the teaching contents and teaching methods, and construct a new mode of cultivating secretarial talents in colleges and universities.
