【摘要】：正辦公自動(dòng)化這一技術(shù)名詞,在本世紀(jì)六十年代首先出現(xiàn)在科技發(fā)達(dá)的國家,其英文為OFFICE AUTOMATION。那時(shí)提供辦公自動(dòng)化技術(shù)所用的設(shè)備僅限于復(fù)印機(jī)、電話機(jī)、傳真機(jī)、機(jī)械打字機(jī)等,它們被用來提高辦公效率,特別是減輕人們?cè)谵k公事務(wù)中所耗費(fèi)的一些重復(fù)性勞動(dòng)。 七十年代初,計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)從數(shù)據(jù)處理的應(yīng)用發(fā)展到文字處理,二者的結(jié)合使計(jì)算機(jī)信息處理設(shè)備在辦公管理中發(fā)揮更大的效能,信息處理設(shè)備在辦公自動(dòng)化技術(shù)的發(fā)展中逐漸占據(jù)了主導(dǎo)地位。近些年來,由于微電子技術(shù)、微型計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展和推廣應(yīng)用;計(jì)算機(jī)處理設(shè)備的品種增多,性能價(jià)格也不斷提高;計(jì)算機(jī)軟件技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,如數(shù)據(jù)加管理系統(tǒng)的普及應(yīng)用,開發(fā)
