【摘要】：泰羅等人開(kāi)創(chuàng)的傳統(tǒng)職能管理在新的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境下遇到不斷的挑戰(zhàn),近些年理論界和實(shí)踐界對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)管理有了廣泛關(guān)注。對(duì)兩者之間的關(guān)系有“替代說(shuō)”、“階段說(shuō)”和“融合說(shuō)”等不同的看法。對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)管理思維和傳統(tǒng)職能管理思維進(jìn)行對(duì)比無(wú)疑是有意義的。
[Abstract]:The traditional functional management pioneered by Thalo and others is facing constant challenges in the new business environment. In recent years, the theorists and the practitioners have paid more and more attention to entrepreneurship management. They have different views on the relationship between them, such as "substitution theory", "stage theory" and "fusion theory". They also have different views on entrepreneurial management thinking and traditional functional management thinking. There is no doubt that comparison is meaningful.
