【摘要】：通過各管理機(jī)構(gòu)橫向聯(lián)網(wǎng)、將各部門分散的人口信息集成 ,共享政府部門民事登記的人口信息 ,形成分布式管理的綜合人口信息體系的設(shè)計(jì)思路。從信息服務(wù)、決策支持和綜合管理的角度 ,分析了該系統(tǒng)的功能需求、運(yùn)行環(huán)境和技術(shù)特點(diǎn)
[Abstract]:Through the horizontal network of various management agencies, the decentralized population information of various departments is integrated, and the population information of civil registration of government departments is shared, so as to form the design idea of the comprehensive population information system of distributed management. From the point of view of decision support and integrated management, the functional requirements, operating environment and technical characteristics of the system are analyzed.
