【摘要】：正秘書學(xué)作為20世紀(jì)80年代興起的應(yīng)用學(xué)科,發(fā)展到今天已日臻成熟,許多成人院校都開設(shè)了這門課程,雖然目前國內(nèi)秘書學(xué)教材上千種,但真正適合成人特點的教材卻寥寥無幾。與全日制學(xué)員的整齊劃一相比,成人教育對象在教育背景、個人經(jīng)歷、工作經(jīng)驗、學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)、教育期望有著很大的懸殊,這種特殊情況給秘書教學(xué)帶來了一定的難度,對培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和教學(xué)任務(wù)的實現(xiàn)和教學(xué)手段、教學(xué)形式都提出了不同的要求。以下筆者就成人高校秘書教學(xué)中的一些嘗試來談?wù)劽貢逃亩嘣瘑栴}。
[Abstract]:As an applied subject that rose in 1980s, the study of secretarial science has matured today. Many adult colleges have set up this course, although at present there are thousands of teaching materials for secretarial studies in China. But there are very few textbooks that are really suitable for adults. Compared with the uniformity of full-time students, adult education objects vary greatly in educational background, personal experience, work experience, learning goals, and educational expectations. This kind of special situation brings some difficulty to secretary teaching, and it also brings some difficulties to the realization of training goal and teaching task and teaching means. The author tries to talk about the diversity of secretary education in adult colleges and universities.
