【摘要】：在知識社會中,當(dāng)知識管理被看成是一個公司、一個行業(yè),甚至是一個國家生存和發(fā)展的決定因素時,知識管理越來越受人關(guān)注。有關(guān)知識管理的理論和技術(shù)在各個領(lǐng)域都得到了很大的發(fā)展,這一方面極大的豐富了知識管理的內(nèi)涵,使得知識管理具有多面性,但另一方面又使的知識管理變的更復(fù)雜和難以理解。本文針對我國各行業(yè)研究和實施知識管理項目失敗多于成功這一現(xiàn)狀,著重從四個方面分析了產(chǎn)生這種現(xiàn)狀的根本原因,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了基于雙重知識轉(zhuǎn)化理論模型的知識管理系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)方案,為制造型企業(yè)和知識型企業(yè)的知識管理研究者和實踐者提供了一種新思路。
[Abstract]:In the knowledge society, when knowledge management is viewed as a company, an industry, or even a country's survival and development factors, knowledge management has attracted more and more attention. The theory and technology of knowledge management has a great development in various fields, which enriches the connotation of knowledge management, the knowledge management is multi-faceted, but on the other hand, the knowledge management becomes more complex and difficult to understand. This paper aims at the research of various industries in China and the implementation of knowledge management project more failures than successes of this situation, mainly from four aspects analyzes the reasons for this situation, and then based on the proposed technical scheme of knowledge management system model based on dual knowledge transformation theory, provides a new way of thinking for manufacturing enterprises and the research of knowledge management in knowledge intensive enterprises and practitioners.
