【摘要】：復(fù)雜性源于包含于組織中的無序。包含于組織中的無序不僅組織著組織,而且導(dǎo)致了組織的復(fù)雜性。無序只有包含于組織中才能夠?qū)е聫?fù)雜性,組織外的無序?qū)M織的復(fù)雜性產(chǎn)生影響,但它不能導(dǎo)致組織的復(fù)雜性,只有被組織吸收,成為組織內(nèi)的無序,才能構(gòu)成復(fù)雜性。復(fù)雜性的所有性質(zhì)都因包含于組織中的無序而產(chǎn)生。沒有無序,組織就沒有偶然性、隨機性、多樣性和非線性等性質(zhì),就不可能出現(xiàn)擾動、漲落、涌現(xiàn)和分岔等現(xiàn)象,就不能突變和進化。復(fù)雜性是包含于組織中的無序,或者說包含于組織中的無序就是復(fù)雜性。
[Abstract]:Complexity originates from the disorder contained in the organization. The disorder contained in the organization not only organizes the organization, but also leads to the complexity of the organization. The disorder outside the organization has an effect on the complexity of the organization, but it can not lead to the complexity of the organization. It can only be absorbed by the organization and become the disorder within the organization. Without disorder, there would be no randomness, randomness, diversity and nonlinearity, and there would be no disturbance or fluctuation. Such phenomena as emergence and bifurcation cannot mutate and evolve. Complexity is the disorder contained in the organization, or the disorder contained in the organization.
