【摘要】：為順應(yīng)歷史演化、時(shí)代變遷和社會(huì)發(fā)展 ,管理者需要構(gòu)建一種全新的系統(tǒng)理念。這種理念主要包括 :1.開放性思維方式。管理者既應(yīng)有效保持管理系統(tǒng)與環(huán)境的相互聯(lián)系、相互交流和相互協(xié)調(diào) ,將環(huán)境中新生的、有價(jià)值的、實(shí)用的知識(shí)與信息及時(shí)輸入自己的思維空間 ,使思維活動(dòng)始終具有流暢性、有序性和適時(shí)性 ;又須有效保持管理系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部各子系統(tǒng)間的相互聯(lián)系、相互溝通和相互作用。 2 .非線性思維方式。管理者要將與其管理系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的動(dòng)態(tài)知識(shí)與信息進(jìn)行多種多樣的組合 ,形成向四面八方輻射的思維張力 ,從而構(gòu)造并繁衍出多種可行性設(shè)想與方案 ,使自己的思維更為深刻全面 ,更為符合極其復(fù)雜的管理活動(dòng)。 3.非平衡性思維方式。管理
