文章摘要：成熟度模型在組織管理中得到廣泛應用，成熟度評價指標權重的確定是成熟度評價的關鍵問題，針對評價過程中求指標權重難的特點，給出了一個基于序關系確定成熟度評價指標體系指標權重的簡易方法，并設計定序一權值匯總表簡化操作和計算過程。在確定成熟度評價指標權重時，與常用的AHP等方法相比，該方法直觀易用，對指標個數(shù)沒有限制，具有保序性，計算量少，，并且無須檢驗一致性，非常適合在線成熟度評價系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。

Abstr：Maturity model has been widely applied in the organization management . To determine the index weight is a key issue in maturity evaluation. Considering the difficulty of acquiring index weight in evaluation process, a simple method of determining index weight of maturity evaluation based on order relation is proposed, and this paper designs order-weight table to simplify operation process. In determining the maturity evaluation index weights, compared with the commonly used method such as AHP, this simple method being intuitive to use, no limit on the number of indicators, having the rank preservation, computing less, and no need to test consistency, very suitable for development of online maturity evaluation system.
