摘要:
內(nèi)外控人格特質(zhì)是個體對其行為及行為所產(chǎn)生的后果強化后的信念.內(nèi)外控人格特質(zhì)的不同不但影響個體對工作的態(tài)度,還影響著個體對組織的承諾感及滿意度,從而影響到員工工作績效和離職意圖.通過對影響內(nèi)外控人格特質(zhì)的因素進行歸納,對目前常用的測量內(nèi)外控人格特質(zhì)的量表進行分類,并對內(nèi)外控人格特質(zhì)在管理中的應(yīng)用進行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對國內(nèi)外內(nèi)外控人格特質(zhì)的研究現(xiàn)狀進行了較全面的概述,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了5個方面的研究方向.
Abstract:
Locus of control, the individual personality traits of one's acts and behavior are the consequences strengthened conviction. Different personality traits affect not only the individuals' attitudes to their work, but also their commitment and loyalty to the organizations and hence their job performance and the intention of resignation. This paper analyzes a large number of literatures at home and abroad, summarizes the definition, influencing factors and measurement tools of the locus of control, and predicts five development trends of future research.
