【摘要】：隨著居民生活條件的改善,對(duì)醫(yī)療健康方面的需求越來越個(gè)性化、多元化；同時(shí)政府對(duì)衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的投入逐年減少,鼓勵(lì)民營(私立)資本與外資進(jìn)入補(bǔ)充國內(nèi)醫(yī)療市場(chǎng)。在這樣的市場(chǎng)前景下大連維特奧國際醫(yī)院若要在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中求生存與發(fā)展,打破傳統(tǒng)公立醫(yī)院的壟斷,就必須找到適合自身特點(diǎn)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略。本文首先分析了國外醫(yī)療的發(fā)展走勢(shì)、國內(nèi)公立醫(yī)院與私立醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn),梳理了國內(nèi)衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),討論了大連維特奧國際醫(yī)院所代表的高端私立醫(yī)院的市場(chǎng)前景；然后分析了宏觀環(huán)境,建立了醫(yī)療行業(yè)環(huán)境中影響大連維特奧國際醫(yī)院競(jìng)爭(zhēng)因素的模型,通過SWOT矩陣分析了大連維特奧國際醫(yī)院內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)以及外部環(huán)境的機(jī)會(huì)與威脅。闡述了必須選擇差異化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的原因及差異化戰(zhàn)略的內(nèi)涵。在規(guī)劃差異化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的過程中,大連維特奧國際醫(yī)院將制定與大型公立醫(yī)院差異化的醫(yī)療專業(yè)定位,根據(jù)客戶的不同需求分成不同層次,建立與本地醫(yī)院、國內(nèi)知名醫(yī)院及國際頂尖專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的合作與共享。產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)也與現(xiàn)有醫(yī)院有很大區(qū)別,利用維特奧硬件與服務(wù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和良好的就醫(yī)體驗(yàn),增設(shè)與服務(wù)關(guān)聯(lián)度高的產(chǎn)品。維特奧還必須借助政策機(jī)會(huì),與高技術(shù)醫(yī)師合作,實(shí)施更為有效的人力資源戰(zhàn)略。而差異化的品牌營銷手段、企業(yè)文化和高效嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)男畔⑾到y(tǒng)則保障大連維特奧國際醫(yī)院戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。通過本文的研究為國內(nèi)其它民營或私立醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的建立與發(fā)展提供戰(zhàn)略選擇的參考依據(jù),形成可持續(xù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),最終促成我國公立醫(yī)院與私立醫(yī)院相互補(bǔ)充的多元化醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生格局。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of residents' living conditions, the demand for medical and health is becoming more and more individualized and diversified. At the same time, the government's investment in health is decreasing year by year, encouraging private (private) capital and foreign capital to enter the supplementary domestic medical market. In order to survive and develop in the fierce market competition and break the monopoly of traditional public hospitals, Dalian Vetteo International Hospital must find a competitive strategy suitable for its own characteristics. This paper first analyzes the development trend of foreign medical treatment, the characteristics of domestic public hospitals and private medical institutions, combs the development context of domestic health undertakings, and discusses the market prospect of high-end private hospitals represented by Dalian Vetteo International Hospital. Then it analyzes the macro environment, establishes the model of influencing the competitive factors of Dalian Vetteo International Hospital in the medical industry environment, and analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages, as well as the opportunities and threats of the external environment of Dalian Vetteo International Hospital by SWOT matrix. This paper expounds the reasons why we must choose the differentiation competition strategy and the connotation of the differentiation strategy. In the process of planning the implementation of differentiation competition strategy, Dalian Vetteo International Hospital will formulate a differentiated medical professional positioning from large public hospitals, divide it into different levels according to the different needs of customers, and establish cooperation and sharing with local hospitals, domestic well-known hospitals and top international professional teams. The product design is also very different from the existing hospital. Using the advantages of Vetteo hardware and service and good medical experience, the product with high correlation with service is added. Vetteo must also take advantage of policy opportunities to work with high-tech doctors to implement a more effective human resources strategy. The differentiated brand marketing means, corporate culture and efficient and rigorous information system ensure the realization of the strategic goal of Dalian Vetteo International Hospital. Through the study of this paper, it provides a reference for the establishment and development of other private or private medical institutions in China, forms a sustainable competitive advantage, and finally promotes the diversified medical and health pattern in which public hospitals and private hospitals complement each other.
