【摘要】：結(jié)合實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù),劃分合理的業(yè)務(wù)功能,建立全網(wǎng)統(tǒng)一的功能體系結(jié)構(gòu)及整體功能模型視圖。根據(jù)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)業(yè)務(wù)模型說(shuō)明書(shū)的業(yè)務(wù)模型內(nèi)容,遵照“業(yè)務(wù)模型不走形、不變樣”的工作原則,業(yè)務(wù)流程與功能項(xiàng)一一對(duì)應(yīng),對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)依據(jù)信息化特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行需求分析,梳理。論文主要貢獻(xiàn)如下：著重進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)需求分析,采取流程圖對(duì)原有業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行分析并指出不足之處。對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行再造,闡述再造業(yè)務(wù)流程的優(yōu)勢(shì)與好處。對(duì)系統(tǒng)主要用例進(jìn)行用例描述。進(jìn)行功能數(shù)據(jù)分析,給出了營(yíng)銷(xiāo)費(fèi)控業(yè)務(wù)管理縮略類(lèi)圖,給出實(shí)體類(lèi)關(guān)系類(lèi)圖,進(jìn)行實(shí)體類(lèi)關(guān)系分析。著重解決電網(wǎng)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理電費(fèi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范存在的突出問(wèn)題和不足,在購(gòu)售電業(yè)務(wù)中,傳統(tǒng)的“先用電,后繳費(fèi)”的電費(fèi)管理模式,其普遍大額拖欠電費(fèi)的弊端日益凸顯,若不從根本上革新電費(fèi)回收管理業(yè)務(wù),創(chuàng)新費(fèi)控業(yè)務(wù)管理模式,傳統(tǒng)的管理必將導(dǎo)致企業(yè)被迅猛發(fā)展的信息時(shí)代潮流淘汰。為滿足電力企業(yè)費(fèi)控業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)需求,建立健全費(fèi)控功能業(yè)務(wù)管理體系；智能電能表遠(yuǎn)程購(gòu)電、遠(yuǎn)程停復(fù)電等費(fèi)控功能實(shí)現(xiàn)率100%,費(fèi)控業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用率80%以上,實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、智能化的電網(wǎng)應(yīng)用。建立電網(wǎng)企業(yè)傳統(tǒng)的電費(fèi)管理模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)向管理流程化,流程信息化,信息實(shí)體表單化方向發(fā)展。同時(shí),論文結(jié)尾總結(jié)與展望中,對(duì)系統(tǒng)安全性做了進(jìn)一步的思索。
[Abstract]:According to the actual service, the reasonable service function is divided, and a unified functional architecture and a whole functional model view of the whole network are established. In order to solve the outstanding problems and deficiencies of the risk prevention of the operation and management of the power grid enterprises, the traditional "First-use and post-payment" 's electric charge management mode is more and more prominent in the electricity purchase and sale business, and the common large amount of the electric charge in arrears is becoming more and more obvious, and if the electric charge recovery management business is not fundamentally changed, The traditional management will lead to the phase-out of the information age with the rapid development of the enterprise. In order to meet the target demand of the power control business of the electric power enterprise, establish and improve the service management system of the cost control function; the implementation rate of the cost control functions such as the remote purchase of the intelligent electric energy meter, the remote stop and the complex electricity and the like is 100%, the application rate of the cost control service is over 80%, and the economic and intelligent power grid application is realized. The traditional electricity charge management mode of the power grid enterprise is established, and the development of the grid operation to the management, the process information and the information entity form is realized. At the same time, in the end of the paper and the prospect, the system security is further thought.
