B供電企業(yè)營銷輔助業(yè)務(wù)外包選擇分析
[Abstract]:With the development of global economic integration, business outsourcing has been widely used in all kinds of industries, including China, and its market scale is gradually expanding. The outsourcing of power supply enterprises is in line with the development of the times and the development strategy of the enterprises. The core resources should be concentrated to develop the core business of marketing and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises. This paper describes the current situation of domestic and foreign business outsourcing research and the actual operation of business outsourcing of typical power supply enterprises in China and South China Network. Starting with the concept and classification of power supply enterprise's business outsourcing, this paper analyzes the core business of marketing, identifies the scope of marketing auxiliary business, defines the existing outsourcing mode and analyzes the existing outsourcing mode based on the business management framework of power supply enterprise. The traditional economics theory, value chain theory, core competence theory, SWOT model analysis and analytic hierarchy process are discussed. Taking B power supply enterprise as an example, this paper summarizes the existing problems of marketing auxiliary business outsourcing, and analyzes the motivation and risk of business outsourcing. This paper designs the business outsourcing organization system and process of B power supply company, sets up the selection index system of business outsourcing contractor in B power supply company from three aspects: cooperation ability, management ability and service ability. The determination method of index weight and the evaluation method of effect evaluation are established. Finally, empirical research is carried out, using Yaahp software to establish hierarchy system, AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process, AHP) is used to determine the weight of evaluation index, and the corresponding evaluation results are calculated according to the scheme provided by outsourcers. The selection of the best contractor verifies the correctness and applicability of the system and is of great significance to improve the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the selection of outsourcing contractors in B Power supply Company. The research results of this paper provide the basis and means of decision analysis for the effective implementation of business outsourcing strategy, and have the value of popularizing and applying in our company and in a wider range.
