【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,我國商業(yè)銀行的改革進程不斷加快。營業(yè)網(wǎng)點作為商業(yè)銀行重要的服務(wù)窗口和產(chǎn)品銷售渠道,在商業(yè)銀行改革進程中被給予了高度重視。國內(nèi)多家商業(yè)銀行為進一步挖掘銀行網(wǎng)點的潛在功能,已經(jīng)對精細化管理展開了積極的研究,并且對網(wǎng)點如何實施精細化管理進行了初步的探索,逐漸地把精細化管理廣泛應(yīng)用于商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營管理的各個環(huán)節(jié)中。農(nóng)業(yè)銀行作為我國四大國字頭銀行之一,始終高度重視營業(yè)網(wǎng)點的經(jīng)營管理改革。但由于銀行網(wǎng)點職能定位不清、業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展重點不明、網(wǎng)點存在多頭管理、分配考核體系混亂、網(wǎng)點營銷存在脫節(jié)、人力資源匹配不當(dāng)?shù)葐栴}的存在,很大程度上制約了農(nóng)業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點精細化管理的有效實施。因而,以農(nóng)業(yè)銀行AB支行網(wǎng)點為例,對該行網(wǎng)點精細化管理展開研究,對國內(nèi)其他銀行網(wǎng)點進行精細化管理具有典型的代表作用。故此,本文采用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,以精細化管理理論、六西格瑪理論、5S理論等為理論基礎(chǔ),以實際調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為支撐,以農(nóng)業(yè)銀行AB支行網(wǎng)點為例,從銀行網(wǎng)點布局、設(shè)施布置、人員配置、考核體系設(shè)計、服務(wù)流程設(shè)計等方面系統(tǒng)的對銀行網(wǎng)點實施精細化管理的現(xiàn)狀展開研究,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問題,并針對問題從精細化管理的目標(biāo)、指導(dǎo)思想和原則以及網(wǎng)點的布局、內(nèi)部崗位的配置、考核體系的設(shè)計等方面制定出銀行實施精細化管理的具體方案,為保障實施方案的實施效果,相繼提出配套措施,最終分別針對國家層面、行業(yè)組織層面和銀行自身角度提出一些促進銀行網(wǎng)點實現(xiàn)精細化管理的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the steady development of the new normal economy in our country, the reform process of commercial banks in our country has been speeding up. As an important service window and sales channel of commercial banks, business outlets have been attached great importance to in the process of commercial bank reform. In order to further excavate the potential function of the bank network, many domestic commercial banks have carried out active research on the fine management, and have made a preliminary exploration on how to carry out the fine management of the network. Gradually fine management is widely used in all aspects of commercial bank management. As one of the four leading banks in China, Agricultural Bank has always attached great importance to the reform of business network management. However, due to the unclear function of the bank network, the unclear business development focus, the existence of multi-head management in the network, the confusion of the distribution and assessment system, the disconnect of the network marketing, the improper matching of human resources, and so on, To a large extent has restricted the agricultural bank network fine management effective implementation. Therefore, taking the AB branch of the Agricultural Bank of China as an example, the fine management of the bank's network is studied, and the fine management of other domestic bank outlets has a typical representative role. Therefore, this paper adopts the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, taking fine management theory, six Sigma theory, 5S theory as the theoretical foundation, taking the actual investigation data as the support, taking the agricultural bank AB branch network as the example. From the bank network layout, facilities layout, staffing, assessment system design, service flow design and other aspects of the bank network implementation of the status quo of fine management, found out the existing problems. Aiming at the problems, the detailed management target, guiding ideology and principle as well as the layout of the network, the allocation of internal posts, the design of the examination system, and so on, have been formulated out the concrete plan of implementing the fine management of the bank. In order to ensure the implementation effect of the implementation plan, we put forward supporting measures one after another, and finally put forward some policy recommendations to promote the fine management of the bank network in view of the national level, the industry organization level and the bank's own angle.
