[Abstract]:The effective marketing of products and customer relationship management are the basis of the survival of manufacturing enterprises and the core content of business management activities. The quality of product sales will directly affect the profit level and development of enterprises. Every sales detail of the enterprise is very important to the whole sales work and must be managed effectively. Based on Web application technology, Oracle database technology and Oracle Application Express development tools, a sales platform for powder metallurgy products is designed and implemented, and the whole process of sales management is managed by computer. Covering all the business processes of sales management, sales management personnel can grasp timely and accurate inventory and sales information of finished products, formulate reasonable marketing strategies according to product market information, and formulate product prices and production plans for a reasonable basis. To provide a complete scientific means and basis. The paper first describes the main business processes of PM product sales management in detail, including sales contract management process, sales business management process, product warehousing process and product quality inspection information process. The functional requirements of the system are described and the overall functional structure is designed. Then, the software architecture of PM sales platform is designed, the function structure of the system and the database structure of the system are designed in detail. Finally, the paper establishes the development and running environment of the system, describes the key technology of the system implementation, gives the configuration process of the application server, designs the implementation method of the key class of the system, and expounds the customer information management in detail. Product information management, order and statistical analysis and other core functions. The successful realization of the marketing platform of powder metallurgy products enables the enterprise to publish the produced products to the enterprise information platform quickly, so that the users can understand the products of the enterprise and improve the sales efficiency of the products. The use of advanced computer tools instead of repeated manual operations to avoid artificial misoperation, high sharing of information, accurate, real-time reflection of internal data, help leaders to make the right decision. The platform is based on browser / server mode, which is simple and convenient to use, stable and reliable, and has good expansibility and maintainability.
