地區(qū)電網(wǎng)智能營銷系統(tǒng)的研究和開發(fā)

【摘要】:在智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)展的大前提下,電力系統(tǒng)處在由傳統(tǒng)的運營模式走向電力市場的過渡期,電力營銷部門的工作也應(yīng)該在傳統(tǒng)的計費結(jié)算基礎(chǔ)上增加分析測算功能。智能電網(wǎng)的建設(shè)為電力營銷的發(fā)展帶來了新的契機,智能營銷是適應(yīng)智能電網(wǎng)和發(fā)達電力市場的先進營銷管理模式。本文根據(jù)四川省某電力公司的實際情況,建立了營銷購售一體化智能分析測算系統(tǒng)。包括并網(wǎng)電站的結(jié)算和管理、生成報表、統(tǒng)計分析、電量預(yù)測、電力電量平衡測算、電力公司盈虧點測算,運用合理的經(jīng)濟手段減少電力公司所面臨的風(fēng)險挑戰(zhàn)。建立分電壓等級的銷售電價決策模型,較為合理的反映了各電壓等級供電成本差別,有效的消除了各電壓等級之間的交叉補貼現(xiàn)象,同時有利于引導(dǎo)用戶合理用電和提高用電效率。地區(qū)電網(wǎng)電價改革模型的建立,解決了當(dāng)前目錄電價混亂,電價形成機制不合理等問題,為電力公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展打下了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。營銷購售一體化智能分析測算系統(tǒng)的建立,大大減少了營銷人員的工作量。將電力營銷面對的購售電數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)一分類管理,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進行營銷狀況的分析、測算,為電力公司提供準確、可靠地決策輔助。并為智能電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Under the premise of the development of smart grid, the power system is in the transitional period from the traditional operation mode to the electricity market. The work of the electric power marketing department should also add the analysis and calculation function on the basis of the traditional billing and settlement. The construction of smart grid brings a new opportunity for the development of power marketing. Intelligent marketing is an advanced marketing management model adapted to smart grid and developed power market. According to the actual situation of a power company in Sichuan province, an integrated intelligent analysis and calculation system of marketing, purchase and sale is established in this paper. It includes the settlement and management of grid-connected power stations, the generation of report forms, statistical analysis, electricity quantity prediction, electric power balance calculation, power company profit and loss point calculation, and the use of reasonable economic means to reduce the risk challenges faced by power companies. The decision model of the selling price of sub-voltage grade is established, which reflects the difference of power supply cost of each voltage grade reasonably, and effectively eliminates the cross-subsidy phenomenon between each voltage grade. At the same time, it is helpful to guide the users to use electricity reasonably and to improve the efficiency. The establishment of the electricity price reform model of the regional power network solves the problems of the chaos of the current catalog price and the unreasonable formation mechanism of the electricity price, which lays a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the power company. The establishment of intelligent analysis and calculation system of integrated marketing, purchase and sale greatly reduces the workload of marketing personnel. On the basis of the unified classification and management of the purchase and sale data of electric power marketing, the analysis and calculation of the marketing status can provide accurate and reliable decision support for the power company. It lays a good foundation for the development of smart grid.
