【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷進(jìn)步,企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中會(huì)遇到來自企業(yè)內(nèi)部或外部的各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。而經(jīng)營(yíng)過程中缺乏風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范意識(shí)或者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范措施不到位,都會(huì)使企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展受到威脅,所以企業(yè)只有首先明白自身所面臨的經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),才能制定科學(xué)的防范對(duì)策來避免或化解風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。小微企業(yè)已經(jīng)成為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不可或缺的重要力量。雖然小微企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展得到了國(guó)家優(yōu)惠的稅收政策、信貸政策、財(cái)政政策和各級(jí)地方政府部門的積大力支持,但這并不能從根本上化解小微企業(yè)自身固有的經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。因此,加強(qiáng)小微企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與防范研究,既是小微企業(yè)管理者的頭等大事,也是政府部門的重要課題�；谛∥⑵髽I(yè)類型眾多,企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)差異性大,某單個(gè)小微企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)情況不足以涵蓋所要研究的內(nèi)容,因而選擇益陽(yáng)市小微企業(yè)這個(gè)區(qū)域群體進(jìn)行研究,旨在為地方小微企業(yè)發(fā)展和地方政府決策提供有價(jià)值性的參考。論文按照“現(xiàn)實(shí)問題→理論分析→解決辦法”的思路,首先通過實(shí)地考察,對(duì)益陽(yáng)市小微企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,了解和把握住益陽(yáng)市小微企業(yè)在經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)中所面臨的主要問題;然后,根據(jù)益陽(yáng)市小微企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)存在的主要內(nèi)在因素,從企業(yè)的定位、營(yíng)銷、信譽(yù)和管理四個(gè)方面剖析了益陽(yáng)市小微企業(yè)存在的經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn);最后,運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)理論及企業(yè)管理的相關(guān)理論和原理,較為全面地研究并提出了益陽(yáng)市小微企業(yè)防范上述四個(gè)方面經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的具體措施。這對(duì)于探索小微企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制規(guī)律,降低小微企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),拓展經(jīng)營(yíng)空間,提升經(jīng)營(yíng)水平和確保國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)安全都有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of socialist market economy in China, enterprises will encounter various risks from inside or outside of enterprises in the process of development. However, the lack of awareness of risk prevention or the lack of measures to prevent risks in the course of operation will threaten the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, enterprises must first understand the operational risks they are facing. In order to formulate scientific preventive measures to avoid or resolve the risk. Small and micro enterprises have become an indispensable force in China's economic development. Although the survival and development of small and micro enterprises are strongly supported by national preferential tax policies, credit policies, fiscal policies and local government departments at all levels, this cannot fundamentally resolve the inherent operating risks of small and micro enterprises. Therefore, strengthening the management risk and prevention research of small and micro enterprises is not only the top priority for managers of small and micro enterprises, but also an important subject for government departments. Based on the fact that there are many types of small and micro enterprises and large differences in business operation, the management of a single small and micro enterprise is not enough to cover the content to be studied, so we choose Yiyang small and micro enterprise as a regional group to study. The aim is to provide valuable reference for the development of local small and micro enterprises and local government decision-making. According to the idea of "theoretical analysis of practical problems and solutions", this paper first analyzes the present situation of small and micro enterprises in Yiyang City through field investigation. To understand and grasp the main problems faced by small and micro enterprises in Yiyang City; Then, according to the main internal factors of the existence of the small and micro enterprises in Yiyang City, the paper analyzes the operating risks of the small and micro enterprises in Yiyang City from the four aspects of enterprise positioning, marketing, reputation and management. Finally, by using the economic theory and the related theories and principles of enterprise management, this paper studies and puts forward the concrete measures for the prevention of the four aspects of management risk in Yiyang small and micro enterprises. It is of great significance to explore the law of risk control of small and micro enterprises, to reduce the risk of small and micro enterprises, to expand the management space, to improve the management level and to ensure the national economic security.
