【摘要】：近年來(lái)高校圖書(shū)館服務(wù)營(yíng)銷的研究成果越來(lái)越多,文章通過(guò)梳理國(guó)外高校圖書(shū)館服務(wù)營(yíng)銷理論與實(shí)踐現(xiàn)狀,將國(guó)外高校圖書(shū)館服務(wù)營(yíng)銷研究近40多年來(lái)的發(fā)展分為導(dǎo)入、深化、發(fā)展和成熟4個(gè)階段,同時(shí)還歸納出其理論研究較成熟、實(shí)踐與案例研究覆蓋面廣、多采用實(shí)證性研究方法等特點(diǎn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,文章認(rèn)為國(guó)內(nèi)高校圖書(shū)館服務(wù)營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)應(yīng)借鑒國(guó)外同行經(jīng)驗(yàn),重視圖書(shū)館服務(wù)營(yíng)銷管理工作、加強(qiáng)圖書(shū)館服務(wù)營(yíng)銷保障機(jī)制建設(shè)、利用各種媒介手段、加大與同行交流等。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there are more and more research achievements in service marketing of university library. By combing the theory and practice of service marketing of foreign university library, the paper divides the development of service marketing research of foreign university library into introduction and deepening. The four stages of development and maturation are summarized, such as mature theoretical research, wide coverage of practice and case studies, and the use of empirical research methods. On this basis, the article holds that the domestic university library service marketing activities should draw lessons from foreign counterparts' experience, attach importance to library service marketing management, strengthen the construction of library service marketing guarantee mechanism, and use all kinds of media means. Increase communication with peers, etc.
