葵花藥業(yè)集團OTC藥品分銷渠道研究
[Abstract]:Distribution channel is an important marketing resource for enterprises. Enterprises need to design and manage distribution channels according to their own actual conditions. The main purpose of the study is to analyze the improvement process of OTC drug distribution channel in Sunflower Pharmaceutical Group, to develop new ideas for the improvement of pharmaceutical distribution channel, and to provide the basis for improving the market competitiveness of Sunflower Pharmaceutical Group. This article has made the corresponding introduction to the domestic and foreign distribution channel related theories, to our country medicine profession distribution channel development history, the present situation and the medicine distribution channel member face the national medicine reform policy change how to adjust and improve, This paper analyzes the problems related to the current drug distribution channel and discusses how to improve the drug distribution channel. Through the theoretical analysis, the author deeply understands the reform course of the distribution channel mode of sunflower pharmaceutical industry, discusses how the distribution channel mode adapts to the development and changes of pharmaceutical enterprises, and how to adapt to the related policies and market fluctuations. To lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of sunflower pharmaceutical group, to find out the problem of restricting the development and progress of sunflower pharmaceutical group's channel mode, and to put forward the improvement plan, so as to improve the market competitiveness of sunflower pharmaceutical group. Also can provide a reference for domestic pharmaceutical enterprises with a certain scale in the form of cases.
