【摘要】:文化管理是企業(yè)管理的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),對(duì)公司跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)來說,以文化為導(dǎo)向的管理將成為公司管理的特色。針對(duì)開展國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)面臨的文化沖突實(shí)施文化融合策略,易于滿足相關(guān)利益群體的需求,可以使參與國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)員工的工作更加順心,對(duì)公司來說,可以獲得更多的收益。跟隨中國(guó)對(duì)外開放的步伐,國(guó)內(nèi)越來越多的企業(yè)將進(jìn)軍國(guó)際市場(chǎng)當(dāng)作擴(kuò)大企業(yè)規(guī)模、擴(kuò)展市場(chǎng)范圍、提升企業(yè)品牌知名度的一種方式。海外市場(chǎng)拓展之路勢(shì)在必行,回顧這些年的海外市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展之路,文化沖突引發(fā)的跨文化管理的問題不斷出現(xiàn)。云南陸良和平科技有限公司是具有完備的世界市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷網(wǎng)絡(luò)和自主進(jìn)口經(jīng)營(yíng)權(quán)的公司,公司的產(chǎn)品銷往世界47個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū),每年有數(shù)百萬美元的出口創(chuàng)匯。公司在日常經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中也面臨著東西方文化差異和文化沖突的困擾。本文以企業(yè)文化融合實(shí)施階段理論為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)和平科技國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入研究,證實(shí)該公司與客戶在開展國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都可能因?yàn)樾袨榉绞健⑺季S觀念和溝通方式的差異而產(chǎn)生文化沖突。本文運(yùn)用L—PCAI評(píng)估工具確定了和平科技的公司文化類型,然后進(jìn)一步確定文化差異主要表現(xiàn)方式,接著將這些表現(xiàn)方式細(xì)分并且量化,設(shè)計(jì)成調(diào)查問卷形式,發(fā)放給和平科技海外客戶進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)收集,采集了有效樣本。最后,在確定了和平科技企業(yè)文化類型的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)調(diào)查診斷出的文化沖突提出和平科技文化融合的對(duì)策。本文建議公司發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì)堅(jiān)持國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略,將文化差異合理轉(zhuǎn)化為資源加以利用,完善公司跨文化培訓(xùn)體系,優(yōu)化國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)的溝通機(jī)制,積極推進(jìn)和平科技人力資源國(guó)際化,堅(jiān)持合作共贏承擔(dān)更多社會(huì)責(zé)任。雖然本文只對(duì)一個(gè)實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)分析,但是作者希望對(duì)和平科技案例分析得出基本結(jié)論,可以給予相關(guān)企業(yè)的文化建設(shè)一些指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Cultural management is the development trend of enterprise management. For multinational management, culture-oriented management will become the characteristics of corporate management. In order to meet the needs of relevant interest groups, it is easy to implement cultural integration strategy in view of the cultural conflicts facing international business. It can make the work of employees participating in international business more convenient, and the company can obtain more benefits. Following the pace of China's opening to the outside world, more and more domestic enterprises will enter the international market as a way to expand the scale of enterprises, expand the scope of the market, and enhance the brand awareness of enterprises. It is imperative to expand the overseas market. Looking back on the development of overseas market in recent years, cross-cultural management problems caused by cultural conflicts have emerged. Yunnan Luliang Peace Technology Co., Ltd. is a company with complete world marketing network and independent import rights. Its products are sold to 47 countries and regions in the world. The company also faces cultural differences and conflicts between East and West in its daily management. Based on the implementation stage theory of corporate culture fusion, this paper makes an in-depth study on the current situation of the international business management of Peace Science and Technology, and proves that the company and its customers may be due to their behavior in all aspects of their international business. Cultural conflicts arise from differences in thinking concepts and modes of communication. This paper uses the L-PCAI evaluation tool to determine the corporate culture types of peace technology, and then further determines the main ways of expression of cultural differences, and then subdivides and quantifies these expressions, and designs them into the form of questionnaire. Data were collected and valid samples were collected for overseas clients of Peace Technologies. Finally, on the basis of determining the culture types of the peaceful science and technology enterprise, the author puts forward the countermeasures of the peaceful science and technology culture fusion in the light of the cultural conflict diagnosed by the investigation. This paper suggests that the company should take advantage of its own advantages, adhere to the international management strategy, transform cultural differences into resources, perfect the cross-cultural training system, and optimize the communication mechanism of international business. Actively promote the internationalization of peaceful science and technology human resources, adhere to win-win cooperation to assume more social responsibility. Although this paper has only carried on the data analysis to one actual case, but the author hopes to draw the basic conclusion to the peaceful science and technology case analysis, may give the related enterprise cultural construction some guidance function.
