基于產(chǎn)品生命周期理論的新能源綠色汽車造型設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:生命周期是指一種產(chǎn)品從設(shè)計(jì)理念的提出,開采原料,經(jīng)過加工、制造、包裝、運(yùn)輸、銷售、直至進(jìn)入使用階段,最終再進(jìn)入循環(huán)系統(tǒng)重復(fù)使用或作為廢棄物處理的過程。然而,產(chǎn)品生命周期不同于生命周期的是,,產(chǎn)品生命周期指代某一產(chǎn)品在市場上的營銷生命。 汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)作為如今發(fā)展最迅速但同時(shí)也是耗能巨大的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,相對(duì)于國外對(duì)于新能源綠色概念汽車的研究,國內(nèi)在新能源綠色汽車的設(shè)計(jì)研究上還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不足。產(chǎn)品生命周期理論在汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)中的應(yīng)用作為一個(gè)新興理論,對(duì)于研究和制造新能源綠色概念汽車具有重大的意義,產(chǎn)品生命周期不僅存在于所有產(chǎn)品之中,同時(shí)也是衡量一個(gè)產(chǎn)品是否具有“綠色性”、“可持續(xù)性”的重要指標(biāo)。 本文通過大量對(duì)產(chǎn)品生命周期理論的研究,重新設(shè)計(jì)和規(guī)劃了產(chǎn)品的生命周期曲線并從中找尋延長產(chǎn)品生命周期的方法:利用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)、改良設(shè)計(jì)和“從搖籃到搖籃”設(shè)計(jì)方法應(yīng)用于新能源綠色概念汽車產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)中,設(shè)計(jì)了一套比較完整的陸路交通系統(tǒng)。這種陸路交通系統(tǒng)除了可以滿足消費(fèi)者基本的出行需求外,利用模塊化的設(shè)計(jì)使產(chǎn)品更加具有個(gè)性化,既然方便維修也易于更換部件,使得所設(shè)計(jì)的新能源綠色概念汽車的產(chǎn)品生命周期得以延長。在造型設(shè)計(jì)上,本文不僅系統(tǒng)的概述了新能源綠色概念汽車的分類以及各類型新能源綠色概念汽車的造型特點(diǎn)、動(dòng)力來源、材料、性能等多方面因素,這為自主性設(shè)計(jì)新能源綠色汽車的造型設(shè)計(jì)提供了可靠的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Life cycle refers to the process of a product from the concept of design, mining raw materials, processing, manufacturing, packaging, transportation, marketing, until the stage of use, and finally into the recycling system reuse or as waste disposal process. However, the product life cycle is different from the life cycle. The product life cycle refers to the marketing life of a product in the market. The automobile industry is one of the most rapidly developing but also one of the most energy-consuming industries. Compared with the foreign research on the new energy green concept automobile, the domestic design and research of the new energy green car is still far from enough. The application of product life cycle theory in automobile industry as a new theory has great significance for the research and manufacture of new energy green concept automobile. Product life cycle not only exists in all products. It is also an important indicator of whether a product is green and sustainable. In this paper, through a lot of research on product life cycle theory, we redesign and plan the product life cycle curve and find a way to extend the product life cycle: using modular design, The improved design and the "cradle to cradle" design method are applied to the design of new energy green concept automobile products, and a relatively complete land transportation system is designed. In addition to meeting the basic travel needs of consumers, this land transportation system uses modular design to make the products more personalized, and since it is easy to maintain and replace components, So that the design of the new energy concept car product life cycle can be extended. In the aspect of modeling design, this paper not only summarizes the classification of new energy green concept vehicle, but also summarizes the modeling characteristics, power source, material, performance and so on of all kinds of new energy green concept vehicle. This provides a reliable basis for the independent design of green new energy vehicles.
