貴廣高鐵旅游專列開行方案研究

【摘要】：近年來我國各類運(yùn)輸方式快速發(fā)展,運(yùn)輸市場競爭日益激烈,鐵路運(yùn)輸受到極大的沖擊,鐵路客運(yùn)市場份額逐年下降。隨著客運(yùn)專線大規(guī)模建設(shè)與運(yùn)營,鐵路客運(yùn)能力得到空前釋放,在技術(shù)水平等方面也有了大幅度提升,為鐵路開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品和開拓新市場提供了可能。貴廣高鐵于2014年12月投入運(yùn)營,在鐵路改革不斷深化的背景下,對其產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、開行方案及營銷策略等方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究十分必要�；诖�,本論文結(jié)合貴廣高鐵沿線旅游資源豐富的特點(diǎn),對其旅游專列新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)設(shè)計、旅游專列開行方案的編制等核心問題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究。具體研究內(nèi)容包括： (1)系統(tǒng)研究旅游專列開行方案的編制理論。從旅游專列的相關(guān)定義入手,分析其開行方案的影響因素及編制原則,并設(shè)計相應(yīng)的編制流程,最后構(gòu)建起旅游專列開行方案的編制模型。 (2)論證貴廣高鐵具備開發(fā)旅游專列的潛力。從開行條件、資源基礎(chǔ)以及運(yùn)營效果三個決策依據(jù)出發(fā),對貴廣高鐵技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)特征、沿線旅游資源及分布、旅游客流條件、開行旅游專列的優(yōu)劣勢等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行深入分析。 (3)編制貴廣高鐵旅游專列開行方案。根據(jù)貴廣高鐵的路網(wǎng)情況和客流條件,綜合考慮鐵路企業(yè)和游客雙方的利益以及旅游需求的相關(guān)約束,建立多目標(biāo)規(guī)劃模型,并運(yùn)用理想點(diǎn)法求解貴廣高鐵旅游專列的最優(yōu)開行方案。 (4)開發(fā)設(shè)計貴廣高鐵旅游專列產(chǎn)品。借助旅游需求調(diào)查了解貴廣高鐵旅游專列的市場需求,并在旅游專列開行方案的基礎(chǔ)上,對旅游專列的運(yùn)行方案、延伸服務(wù)、營銷宣傳、運(yùn)作實(shí)施等方面進(jìn)行設(shè)計,從而形成一套科學(xué)合理的貴廣高鐵旅游專列產(chǎn)品開發(fā)策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of various modes of transportation in China, the competition in the transportation market is becoming increasingly fierce, and the railway transportation has been greatly impacted, and the market share of railway passenger transport has declined year by year. With the large-scale construction and operation of passenger dedicated lines, the capacity of railway passenger transport has been released unprecedented, and the technical level has been greatly improved, which provides the possibility for the railway to develop new products and open up new markets. Guiguang high-speed railway was put into operation in December 2014. Under the background of deepening railway reform, it is necessary to carry out systematic research on its product design, operation plan and marketing strategy. Based on this, this paper systematically studies the development and design of the new products of the tourism special train and the compilation of the plan of the tourism special train in the light of the rich tourism resources along the route of the Gui-Guang High Speed Railway. The specific research contents are as follows: (1) systematic study on the compilation theory of tourism special train opening scheme. Starting with the related definition of tourism special train, this paper analyzes the influencing factors and compiling principles of its opening scheme, and designs the corresponding compilation process. In the end, the author constructs the model of tourism special train opening scheme. (2) it proves that Gui-Guang high-speed railway has the potential to develop tourism special train. Based on the three decision bases of operating conditions, resource base and operation effect, the technical and economic characteristics of Guiguang high-speed railway, the tourist resources and distribution along the route, and the tourist flow conditions are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of the tourism special train are analyzed in depth. (3) compile the plan for the development of Gui-Guang high-speed train. According to the condition of railway network and passenger flow, considering the interests of railway enterprises and tourists and the constraints of tourism demand, a multi-objective programming model is established. The ideal point method is used to solve the optimal operating scheme of Gui-Guang high-speed train. (4) to develop and design the products of Gui-Guang high-speed train. With the help of the survey of tourism demand, we can understand the market demand of the special train, and on the basis of the operating plan of the special train, design the operation plan, extension service, marketing promotion, operation and implementation of the special train. In order to form a set of scientific and reasonable high-speed train product development strategy.
