創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)持續(xù)營銷力研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)要想在市場中立于不敗之地,就必須保持持續(xù)的競爭優(yōu)勢。我國很多企業(yè)在成立之初都取得了很大成功,但由于在營銷力方面缺乏持續(xù)力最后都失敗了。本文結(jié)合持續(xù)營銷力研究的現(xiàn)有理論,以創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)為視角把持續(xù)營銷力作為一個系統(tǒng),對創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)如何有效構(gòu)建持續(xù)營銷力進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略性、整體性分析,并提出構(gòu)建與創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)相適應(yīng)的企業(yè)持續(xù)營銷力模型,同時以小米手機(jī)公司為例進(jìn)行實證研究,探討該模型的具體應(yīng)用狀況。
[Abstract]:If a startup wants to remain invincible in the market, it must maintain a sustained competitive advantage. Many enterprises in our country have achieved great success at the beginning of their establishment, but have failed because of the lack of sustainability in marketing. This paper combines the existing theories of the research on the sustainable marketing power, regards the sustainable marketing power as a system from the perspective of the entrepreneurial enterprises, and analyzes how to effectively construct the sustained marketing power of the entrepreneurial enterprises. This paper also puts forward a model of sustainable marketing power which is suitable for entrepreneurial enterprises, and takes Xiaomi mobile phone company as an example to study the concrete application of the model.
