【摘要】：貨票和雜費票是鐵路為貨主提供貨物運輸服務而向貨主收取費用的依據(jù),是貨車在鐵路網(wǎng)上移動軌跡以及列車各種作業(yè)的重要標識,是鐵路內(nèi)部各系統(tǒng)和單位之間進行貨運營業(yè)收入清算的基礎資料。鐵路貨物運輸費用包括貨運雜費等,在鐵路上運輸?shù)呢浳?包括企業(yè)自備車或租用鐵路貨車)自承運至交付全過程中,鐵路運輸企業(yè)向托運人、收貨人提供的輔助作業(yè)和勞務,以及托運人或收貨人額外占用鐵路設備、使用用具、備品,所發(fā)生的費用,均屬貨運雜費,目前包神公司雜費收費方式為現(xiàn)金結算,手工開票,效率較低。包神鐵路公司雜費收費系統(tǒng)是包神鐵路公司運輸管理信息系統(tǒng)中貨運營銷系統(tǒng)的重要子系統(tǒng),其功能是在包神公司的局域網(wǎng)中,實現(xiàn)電子雜費的電腦收取。包神鐵路公司共有雜費項目23項,每項都有不同的算法,因涉及財務問題要求系統(tǒng)計算結果必須準確,并且因雜費票為有價證券,費用管理必須精確、電子票與紙質票票號必須高度一致。本系統(tǒng)采用DELPHI進行編碼,使用ADO、 BDE技術進行數(shù)據(jù)庫連接,采用加密技術進行收費密碼管理,系統(tǒng)面向生產(chǎn)需求,具有車站錄入功能、公司打票功能、財務管理功能和系統(tǒng)管理功能,本系統(tǒng)力求操作簡單,響應快速,計算精確,能夠解決雜費手工收費效率低下的問題,為包神鐵路公司生產(chǎn)服務。
[Abstract]:Cargo ticket and miscellaneous charge ticket are the basis for the railway to charge the cargo owner for the freight transport service. They are the important signs of the freight car moving on the railway network as well as all kinds of train operations. Is the railway internal systems and units between freight operating income liquidation of the basic information. Railway freight transportation charges include miscellaneous freight charges, etc. The railway transport enterprises provide auxiliary operations and services to shippers and consignees from the time of carriage of goods (including enterprise-owned cars or chartered railway lorries) to the whole process of delivery. As well as the shipper or consignee to occupy additional railway equipment, use appliances, spare goods, the costs incurred are freight and miscellaneous expenses, the current charge for miscellaneous charges in cash settlement, manual billing, low efficiency. The miscellaneous charge system of Baishen Railway Company is an important subsystem of freight marketing system in the transportation management information system of Baishen Railway Company. Its function is to realize the collection of electronic miscellaneous fees by computer in the LAN of Baishen Railway Company. The Baishen Railway Company has 23 items of miscellaneous charges, each of which has a different algorithm, because financial problems require that the results of the system's calculations be accurate, and that because the miscellaneous bills are marketable securities, the cost management must be accurate. Electronic ticket and paper ticket number must be highly consistent. The system uses DELPHI to code, uses ADO, BDE technology to connect the database, uses encryption technology to manage the charge password, the system faces the production demand, has the station input function, the company ticketing function. The financial management function and the system management function, this system strives for the simple operation, the fast response, the accurate calculation, can solve the miscellaneous expense manual charge efficiency low question, for the Baishen railroad company production service.
