【摘要】：貨票和雜費(fèi)票是鐵路為貨主提供貨物運(yùn)輸服務(wù)而向貨主收取費(fèi)用的依據(jù),是貨車(chē)在鐵路網(wǎng)上移動(dòng)軌跡以及列車(chē)各種作業(yè)的重要標(biāo)識(shí),是鐵路內(nèi)部各系統(tǒng)和單位之間進(jìn)行貨運(yùn)營(yíng)業(yè)收入清算的基礎(chǔ)資料。鐵路貨物運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用包括貨運(yùn)雜費(fèi)等,在鐵路上運(yùn)輸?shù)呢浳?包括企業(yè)自備車(chē)或租用鐵路貨車(chē))自承運(yùn)至交付全過(guò)程中,鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)向托運(yùn)人、收貨人提供的輔助作業(yè)和勞務(wù),以及托運(yùn)人或收貨人額外占用鐵路設(shè)備、使用用具、備品,所發(fā)生的費(fèi)用,均屬貨運(yùn)雜費(fèi),目前包神公司雜費(fèi)收費(fèi)方式為現(xiàn)金結(jié)算,手工開(kāi)票,效率較低。包神鐵路公司雜費(fèi)收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)是包神鐵路公司運(yùn)輸管理信息系統(tǒng)中貨運(yùn)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)系統(tǒng)的重要子系統(tǒng),其功能是在包神公司的局域網(wǎng)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)電子雜費(fèi)的電腦收取。包神鐵路公司共有雜費(fèi)項(xiàng)目23項(xiàng),每項(xiàng)都有不同的算法,因涉及財(cái)務(wù)問(wèn)題要求系統(tǒng)計(jì)算結(jié)果必須準(zhǔn)確,并且因雜費(fèi)票為有價(jià)證券,費(fèi)用管理必須精確、電子票與紙質(zhì)票票號(hào)必須高度一致。本系統(tǒng)采用DELPHI進(jìn)行編碼,使用ADO、 BDE技術(shù)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)連接,采用加密技術(shù)進(jìn)行收費(fèi)密碼管理,系統(tǒng)面向生產(chǎn)需求,具有車(chē)站錄入功能、公司打票功能、財(cái)務(wù)管理功能和系統(tǒng)管理功能,本系統(tǒng)力求操作簡(jiǎn)單,響應(yīng)快速,計(jì)算精確,能夠解決雜費(fèi)手工收費(fèi)效率低下的問(wèn)題,為包神鐵路公司生產(chǎn)服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Cargo ticket and miscellaneous charge ticket are the basis for the railway to charge the cargo owner for the freight transport service. They are the important signs of the freight car moving on the railway network as well as all kinds of train operations. Is the railway internal systems and units between freight operating income liquidation of the basic information. Railway freight transportation charges include miscellaneous freight charges, etc. The railway transport enterprises provide auxiliary operations and services to shippers and consignees from the time of carriage of goods (including enterprise-owned cars or chartered railway lorries) to the whole process of delivery. As well as the shipper or consignee to occupy additional railway equipment, use appliances, spare goods, the costs incurred are freight and miscellaneous expenses, the current charge for miscellaneous charges in cash settlement, manual billing, low efficiency. The miscellaneous charge system of Baishen Railway Company is an important subsystem of freight marketing system in the transportation management information system of Baishen Railway Company. Its function is to realize the collection of electronic miscellaneous fees by computer in the LAN of Baishen Railway Company. The Baishen Railway Company has 23 items of miscellaneous charges, each of which has a different algorithm, because financial problems require that the results of the system's calculations be accurate, and that because the miscellaneous bills are marketable securities, the cost management must be accurate. Electronic ticket and paper ticket number must be highly consistent. The system uses DELPHI to code, uses ADO, BDE technology to connect the database, uses encryption technology to manage the charge password, the system faces the production demand, has the station input function, the company ticketing function. The financial management function and the system management function, this system strives for the simple operation, the fast response, the accurate calculation, can solve the miscellaneous expense manual charge efficiency low question, for the Baishen railroad company production service.
