【摘要】：廣播電視的編排并不是對媒體素材的一個簡單排序和播放,需要對不同用戶群體進(jìn)行需求定位和營銷策略；整個電視節(jié)目的編排關(guān)系到電視臺節(jié)目傳播的整體效果,也就是關(guān)系到整體電視臺節(jié)目的收視率。而對電視臺的決策者和管理者來說,他們需要合理的安排和整合電視臺的資源,對電視臺的媒體素材能夠統(tǒng)一的規(guī)劃和安排;把電視臺的相關(guān)媒體素材進(jìn)行梳理,結(jié)合實(shí)際客戶群體的需求去設(shè)計和編排電視臺的節(jié)目,通過節(jié)目的個性化來吸引客戶群體,提高電視臺的核心競爭力。主要介紹了吉安廣播電視媒體控制管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景和同類系統(tǒng)研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)論文的研究背景定下本文的研究方向和主要工作內(nèi)容;在業(yè)務(wù)分析中,論文對廣播電視媒體控制管理系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)存在的問題、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、原有業(yè)務(wù)流程等進(jìn)行了分析；同時,給出了信息化改造后的業(yè)務(wù)流程；在功能分析中,本文通過系統(tǒng)模塊的用例分析,明確了廣播電視媒體控制管理系統(tǒng)的功能,并且給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能和各功能模塊的功能包圖,包括項(xiàng)目采集功能、編目功能、媒體檢索功能、存儲功能、制作與播放功能和系統(tǒng)管理功能等模塊：在系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)分析中,本文對系統(tǒng)各功能的所涉及到需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,給出了系統(tǒng)實(shí)體類之間的關(guān)系圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫表結(jié)構(gòu)。本文從實(shí)際的業(yè)務(wù)需求出發(fā),詳細(xì)的描述了電視節(jié)目編排與控制系統(tǒng)存在的不足和需要改進(jìn)的地方。傳統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)存在素材整理和分類混亂、媒體素材無法進(jìn)行歷次結(jié)構(gòu)化積累、管理效率低下和節(jié)目編排盲目等方面,所以,在信息化發(fā)展迅速的時代,我們必須利用好這個契機(jī),通過信息化的手段來完善電視節(jié)目編排與控制系統(tǒng)。解決了電視臺素材管理的信息化,提高了各個部門的整體工作效率。
[Abstract]:The arrangement of radio and television is not a simple sort and broadcast of the media material, but needs to be orientated and marketed to different user groups. The arrangement of the whole TV program is related to the overall effect of the transmission of the TV program. That is, related to the overall television program ratings. For the decision-makers and managers of the TV stations, they need to arrange and integrate the resources of the TV stations reasonably, to plan and arrange the media materials of the TV stations in a unified manner, and to sort out the relevant media materials of the TV stations. According to the demand of the actual customer group, the program of TV station is designed and arranged. The individuation of the program can attract the customer group and improve the core competitiveness of the TV station. This paper mainly introduces the research background of Ji'an radio and television media control management system and the research and application status of the same kind of system. According to the research background of this paper, it sets the research direction and main work content of this paper. The paper analyzes the problems existing in the business of the radio and television media control management system, the organization, the original business process and so on; at the same time, it gives the business process after the information transformation; in the function analysis, Through the use case analysis of the system module, the function of the radio and television media control management system is clarified, and the overall function of the system and the function package diagram of each function module are given, including the project collection function and the cataloging function. Media retrieval function, storage function, production and playback function and system management function. In the system data analysis, this paper analyzes the data that need to be processed. The relation diagram between system entity classes is given, and the database table structure is established. Based on the actual business requirements, this paper describes in detail the shortcomings of the TV program layout and control system and the areas that need to be improved. There is confusion in material sorting and classification in traditional business, media materials cannot be accumulated in previous times, management efficiency is low and programming is blind. Therefore, in the era of rapid development of information technology, we must make good use of this opportunity. Through the means of information to improve the television program layout and control system. It solves the informationization of TV material management and improves the overall working efficiency of each department.
