電力營銷決策與輔助決策系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著我國電力體制改革的深入開展,以市場化模式實現(xiàn)快速協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為我國電力工業(yè)建設(shè)的必然趨勢。電力市場化進(jìn)程的加快和“廠網(wǎng)分開,競價上網(wǎng)”運(yùn)營機(jī)制的實施,已使發(fā)電企業(yè)成為市場競爭的主體。在原電力調(diào)度體制運(yùn)作下下,發(fā)電企業(yè)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)電力交易和發(fā)電運(yùn)行是由電力的調(diào)度部門來集中優(yōu)化決策決定的,而當(dāng)前建立的新型的電力市場競爭機(jī)制則是盡可能調(diào)動市場主體的積極性,利用經(jīng)濟(jì)手段進(jìn)行管理、調(diào)度和控制,協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)作。因此,電網(wǎng)公司將從傳統(tǒng)以運(yùn)行成本最小的統(tǒng)一調(diào)度模式轉(zhuǎn)向追求效益最大化為目標(biāo)的競爭發(fā)電模式,這對于電網(wǎng)公司來說既面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn),也存在著巨大的機(jī)遇。建立營銷決策系統(tǒng)主要考慮圍繞電網(wǎng)公司的經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略制定、重點決策目標(biāo)實施等方面。通過對現(xiàn)有財務(wù)狀況的分析、電力市場需求的分析、電力生產(chǎn)能力的分析等工具,應(yīng)用現(xiàn)有電力市場競爭的有關(guān)主要理論、重要方法,制定出行之有效的企業(yè)營銷策略,并付諸實施。本文系統(tǒng)采用基于平臺的組件級編程技術(shù)開發(fā),采用基于.NET技術(shù)的多層體系架構(gòu)和B/S結(jié)構(gòu),瀏覽器層采用AJAX技術(shù)實現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程中均采用成熟的信息技術(shù),保證了系統(tǒng)具有較高的可靠性,同時基于平臺的組件級編程技術(shù)以及算法庫實現(xiàn)技術(shù)使系統(tǒng)具備很好的靈活性和擴(kuò)展性,可以適應(yīng)未來電力市場發(fā)展中業(yè)務(wù)方式和工作流程可能發(fā)生的變化。本系統(tǒng)采用符合.NET技術(shù)規(guī)范的多層B/S結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)用模式,可分為4個層次:客戶層、Web服務(wù)層、應(yīng)用服務(wù)層和數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)層暢客戶層實現(xiàn)人機(jī)交互;Web服務(wù)層實現(xiàn)對客戶層的訪問請求集中受理和信息發(fā)布;應(yīng)用服務(wù)層實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)邏輯的集中處理;數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)層實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的存儲和組織暢基于這種指導(dǎo)思想,結(jié)合電力營銷決策與輔助系統(tǒng)功能要求?紤]整體系統(tǒng)在建設(shè)完成決策分析系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)平臺和規(guī)劃平臺上,統(tǒng)一構(gòu)筑電力營銷主題數(shù)據(jù)庫,研發(fā)完成監(jiān)管分析、決策分析、綜合查詢、平臺管理4個主要模塊,使電網(wǎng)公司具備了快速適應(yīng)區(qū)域電力市場和省內(nèi)電力交易市場的能力。
[Abstract]:With the development of electric power system reform in our country, it has become an inevitable trend of electric power industry construction in China to realize rapid coordinated and sustainable development in market-oriented mode. With the acceleration of the process of electricity marketization and the implementation of the operation mechanism of "separation of power plants and power grids, bidding for the Internet", power generation enterprises have become the main body of market competition. Under the operation of the original power dispatching system, the corresponding power transaction and generation operation of power generation enterprises are determined by the centralized optimization decision of the power dispatching department. At present, the new competition mechanism of electric power market is to arouse the enthusiasm of the main body of the market as much as possible, to use economic means to manage, dispatch and control, and to coordinate the operation. Therefore, grid companies will change from the traditional unified dispatching mode with minimum operating cost to the competitive generation mode, which aims to maximize the efficiency, which is facing great challenges and opportunities for grid companies. The establishment of marketing decision-making system is mainly concerned with the establishment of business strategy and the implementation of key decision-making objectives of power grid companies. Through the analysis of the existing financial situation, the demand analysis of the electricity market, the analysis of the electric power production capacity and other tools, applying the main theories and important methods of the current electricity market competition, the effective marketing strategy of the enterprise is worked out. And put it into practice. In this paper, the platform based component level programming technology is used to develop the system, the. Net based multi-tier architecture and B / S structure, and the browser layer is implemented by Ajax technology. In the process of system development, mature information technology is adopted to ensure the high reliability of the system. At the same time, the component-level programming technology based on platform and the implementation technology of algorithm library make the system have good flexibility and expansibility. Can adapt to the future electricity market development business mode and workflow may change. This system adopts the multi-tier B / S structure application pattern which conforms to the .NET technical specification, and can be divided into four levels: the client layer and the Web service layer, The application service layer and the database service layer realize the human-computer interaction Web service layer to realize the centralized acceptance and information release of the client access request, the application service layer realizes the centralized processing of business logic, and the application service layer realizes the centralized processing of the business logic. Considering the overall system in the construction of the basic platform and planning platform to complete the decision-making analysis system, unified construction of power marketing theme database, research and development to complete regulatory analysis, decision-making analysis, comprehensive inquiry, platform management four main modules, Power grid companies have the ability to quickly adapt to regional electricity markets and provincial electricity trading markets.
