【摘要】:聚乙烯是目前世界上產(chǎn)銷量最大的合成樹脂,主要分為高密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯兩大類。聚乙烯管道具有耐低溫性能好、可焊性強、重量輕、無毒、防腐蝕、耐磨損、抗沖擊能力強、連接方便、使用壽命長等諸多優(yōu)異性能,在城市自來水系統(tǒng)、建筑排水系統(tǒng)、燃?xì)廨斔拖到y(tǒng)、工業(yè)流體輸送等領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用。其增長速度遠(yuǎn)高于其它品種的塑料管道。項目的可行性研究是決策科學(xué)在項目領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,是指在項目前期,為項目決策提供全面的系統(tǒng)的分析,從而確定項目是否可行的一項工作。本文從市場營銷、投資學(xué)、財務(wù)管理、風(fēng)險管理等學(xué)科的角度出發(fā),對H公司年產(chǎn)1.6萬噸聚乙烯塑料管項目進行可行性研究。本文的研究內(nèi)容包括聚乙烯塑料管材項目的市場需求分析、技術(shù)可行性分析、經(jīng)濟效益分析、風(fēng)險分析等。最后得出了該項目切實可行的建議和結(jié)論。本論文將為塑料產(chǎn)品項目建設(shè)進行可行性分析提供一種直觀有效的分析模式,將對相關(guān)行業(yè)提供重要借鑒。
[Abstract]:Polyethylene is the world's largest production and sales of synthetic resins, mainly divided into two categories of high density polyethylene and low density polyethylene. Polyethylene pipeline has good low temperature resistance, weldability, light weight, non-toxic, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, strong impact resistance, easy connection, long service life and many other excellent properties in urban tap water system, building drainage system, Gas transportation system, industrial fluid transportation and other fields have been widely used. Its growth rate is much higher than other kinds of plastic pipes. The feasibility study of the project is the application of decision science in the field of the project. It refers to the work that provides a comprehensive and systematic analysis for the project decision in the early stage of the project, so as to determine whether the project is feasible or not. From the point of view of marketing, investment, financial management and risk management, this paper makes a feasibility study on H Company's annual production of 16000 tons of polyethylene plastic pipes. The research contents of this paper include market demand analysis, technical feasibility analysis, economic benefit analysis, risk analysis and so on. Finally, the practical suggestions and conclusions of the project are obtained. This paper will provide an intuitionistic and effective analysis mode for the feasibility analysis of plastic product project construction, and will provide important reference for related industries.
